I did give them a chance to call me back about a price adjustment or some type of adjustment to have on file to make this right but NO. Power has been out for hours so ran out for dinner. I ordered the faita chicken breast which comes with vegetables and cheese sauce. The cheese sauce was lacking ( I also noticed this has been reported before as a problem on take-outs). I talked to them about it and they acted as though I had no options like 1. send it back to the kitchen or 2. add more cheese for a few dollars so I ended up paying 5.95 for cheese sauce that should have been on my faita to begin with. They cheese sauce I paid for was NOT 8 oz when I got home the styrofoam container was clearly marked 6 oz on the bottom so I did not get what I paid for. It’s clear UP charging. For the amount I had to pay for cheese, the one dinner and an ala carte taco. I would have almost been able to buy 2 dinners (I won’t count the tip I left them) I believe the manager could have been standing there as well. Also you will NOT get grilled chicken breast on this meal. It’s white meat chicken pieces that did not taste fresh as all in fact had no taste which devalues the dish. The Salsa containers cannot be more than 2 oz each which is inadequate again they are hoping someone will look in the bag and pay additional for a decent container of salsa too !!! It’s really too bad because this IS a type of dishonesty and a racket. Do right by people and you will be even more successful NOT less and actually earn more money not less if you try not to cheat folks ! Your TO GO guests should feel as cared for and as welcome as those that dine in. The shame is on you...
Read moreIt’s been a while since I’ve been out to eat, and my grandson wanted to have his birthday party at los bravos, with all of his family, so we go there, and we have to wait way too long for seating, then, the communication between the employees, and all of us, was seriously lacking and very disappointing. This must be a cultural thing, but when people go out to eat, we want to be pampered and taken care of, and charmed with, polite conversation from the employees of the establishment. Did not get that. The main thing that annoyed me, was the inability for my server to understand that I did not want cheese on my food! NO CHEESE! I sent it back, and it came back with cheese on it! I don’t know if they are too afraid to ask me to clarify, or if they just have a bunch of robots in the kitchen, that can’t NOT put cheese on it! I will never go back to this restaurant again. They are not getting our money. We will find another place to eat. We want a grand experience when we go out to eat. We want smiling, proper communication, eye contact, and a genuine and charming experience. We did not get any of that. treated us like customers, that they wanted to get in and out as soon...

Los Bravos is a solid choice for casual Mexican dining, though there were a few aspects that left our experience just shy of excellent.
Food: We started with the table-side guacamole, which was easily the highlight of the meal—chunky, fresh, and customizable to your preferred spice level. A definite must-try. As for the mains, the fajitas were flavorful but unfortunately not served as sizzling hot as we’d hoped. The burrito was satisfying but nothing extraordinary, and the taco salad was decent as well. Overall, the food was enjoyable but lacked a wow factor.
Service: The servers were kind and accommodating, but the lack of table bussing was noticeable and detracted from the overall experience.
Ambience: With a 3/5 rating, the atmosphere was pleasant enough for a casual meal but didn’t stand out as particularly memorable or inviting.
Value: Prices were reasonable and felt appropriate for the portion sizes and quality of food.
Would we return? Maybe—for the guacamole alone. But a few small improvements could really...
