Honey Moon Coffee Burkhardt — Restaurant in Evansville

( Edit: the business here is fantastic they got back to me and explained the problems they been having! This place has such good customer service thank you guys for getting back to me and my refund for my meal today! I believe this is with a 5 star because what other company would do that ? And explain their issues and ask how they can improve? Honey moon that who! 😌😁

///I feel bad for giving them two stars but I wanna be honest. I left a 5 star review for the honey moon on the other side of town. But this one over here is hit or miss on quality. One day my coffee will be good hot and sweet , but days like today my coffee was cold, my Bacon was raw. my food is ALWAYS mediocre at best just not worth the money any more. It's got to the point if there is more than two people in side I won't even order food...and then I have to hope my coffee is hot...I love that they support local artists and the atmosphere is fantastic. I rather have good quality coffee and food..for the price they ask for . I come here everyday....and it's. It's every time . not just once and a while. I don't know if it's a staff thing a cook thing or who ever is working but I think someone needs to look into it . I'm gonna drive to the other side of town just to get good food and coffee at the other one...

There is so much to love here, so much that’s perfect: excellent coffee and tea, great food, and friendly, prompt service. Where this cafe loses points, for me, is the noise level. For a cafe, it’s very, very noisy. There are frequently large groups in there (book clubs, church groups, study groups, etc.). Nothing wrong with any of that, obviously, but the noise is just incredible. It seems that groups start talking louder and louder, just to be heard over the other groups. Perhaps an issue with the acoustics? Maybe too many tables in too small a space? I’m unsure. It’s a shame if, like me, you come to cafes for a quiet place to get work done. I’ll probably keep coming, occasionally, but I’ll always be sure to bring my...

I’m in love. The aesthetic is immaculate, the staff are so nice, and the food and coffee are amazing. We ordered the chocolate bubble waffle (gluten free and vegan) for my child due to an egg allergy and the man working the register immediately told me they would make the waffle on a GF/vegan dedicated waffle iron to avoid cross contamination - he was so nice and I appreciated how he immediately knew allergy safety. And normally vegan/GF means sacrificing some flavor and good texture, but the waffle was amazing and I never ever would’ve guessed it was vegan or gluten free.
