Pulled into the drive thru ordered and was asked to pull without getting a total for my order. Upon getting to the window I was not greeted just bluntly given my total. As I reached down to get my cash (less than 5 seconds had passed) the lady slammed the window shut only to not return. Three employees walked passed the window and did not stop. Five minutes or more went by and no one returned. I tapped on the window and the lady swung it open and I said you just walked away. She informed me that I needed to wait because there were others in line inside. I said I understand that but I tried to pay and you walked off. She left again. She finally returned and I tried to explain that she didn’t give me a second to get my money and pay and she was being extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she very unkindly informed me she was the manager and I could just leave. I said no I would like my order. She said no take your money and leave. I again said no I would like my order. She then shoved my money in the bag and shoved the bag out the window at me. Will not return to this location as this is not the first time the “manager”...

Most week days they are the best salads you can get, on weekends it's hit and miss. My mother picked up a particularly bad one that looked like it'd been eaten and thrown up and had probably a bottle and half of ranch dressing on it. None of us could eat it so it got thrown out. She called and got the manager who told her she was yelling at her (she wasn't) and hung up on her. Once he did I let him know I needed 2 footlongs and that I had a coupon. He told me the coupon was expired. It was 2 days expired indeed, but I told him I had used expired coupons here before with no problem. He didn't care and said he couldn't take it so I left. My main complaint is a lack of consistency with this policy. I have used expired coupons that were months old, multiple times, with other employees saying it was no problem.
