This is a long one: my experience was absolutely horrible at burkhardt Zaxby's. I ordered in the drive thru and got 6 nibbler sandwiches altogether, two were how they come and two were supposed to be spicy. I got two large fries, two extra chicken tenders and a large sweet tea &This was my kids dinner. I get home and I'm Missing 4 of the sandwiches that I very clearly ordered and I also had to say it more than once. I call the store and what sounds like a child gets on the phone; I explain my issue and let her know what happened, she tells me "well I have to have the receipt number to help you." So I go out to my car and dig for the receipt, I tell her the order number and she tells me "Well, she only rang you up for 2 nibbler sandwiches, so I can't really give you anything since you technically didn't pay for them." Okay, that's fine I understand that, even though I did order them TWICE, she didn't put them on my order.. the whole time she's giving attitude and coming off as if I'm just frustrating her because I called, so I tell her that I would like to speak to a manager, because the tone she's using and the way she's coming off just seems like she doesn't even care that this mistake was made. not once does she apologize and offer to give at least a discount or something, she tells me that she IS the manager and that she was ONLY trained to have a talk with the person who made the mistake and let them know they messed up 🙄🙄 (What a joke!) I continue to let her know that not only was their mistake an issue for me because I now have to get another dinner for my kids, but she continues to act as if she doesn't care. Finally she tells me "I mean, I can put you on our free cookie list for next time" like girl I don't want any damn cookies, I want you to act like you have customer service and like you give a damn when things are wrong! I'm so irritated, I ask this girl for her name and she literally sits on the phone breathing, I ask her two more times and she's still sitting there (or she put the phone down and left it off the hook on purpose) either way she completely avoided any kind of apology and treated me like I was nobody and that's where my issue is! GOOD customer service shouldn't be hard to do. Read moreOrdered here today Sept 6 for pickup. Ordered a 6 pc finger plate and received a 3 piece! Ordered large fries and toast as my second side. Received small fries and 1 pc of toast. The 3 pieces of chicken received was tough and hours old. Not even chewable. Order was out on the to go cart within 5 minutes of ordering so its for sure this was scraps from your lunch rush. Place wasn’t even busy! Nobody in there, employees wiping windows and sitting in drivethru talking. This place needs to get it together for the prices there charging. You never get what you ordered so that means your charging for it and keeping the extra. You do this to thousands of customers bringing in millions of dollars a year on shorting customers what they paid for!!! People need to start taking legal action because this is constant. They absolutely are making millions of doing this to people. At this point I don’t even want to be contacted, I won’t be returning. There are dozens of cold, old food complaints at this store but nothing ever seems to get fixed. Poor management...
Read moreI had eaten before at this location during mid afternoon and was good. This time it was 730 on friday nighy at drive through. There were four cars counting me. After 15 minutes i finally got to window. Then they informed me zaxbys the chicken place didnt have any wings cooked. It be another 7 minutes. So i pulled up and watched as cars went around. Another 20 minutes went by so i went in and it was coming out. All the years of going to zaxbys they have never forgot zaxbys sauce. Well after 40 min and 22 dollars worth of food i wasnt entitled to any. The sauce is what sets there chicken apart. Chicken wings had little if any sauce. Fries had obviously been done 20 minutes before chicken cause they weren't edible. Also no ketchup to mask. The awsrd winning texas toast was more like texas bread. Think they didnt have toaster up and going. Maybe this was bad night. From where i sat judging from the whole experience if i was asked.i would say that it appears to be pourly managed.
