I ordered a 20oz. Blended mocha (like a frap or what some places call a big train.) and got a very bland no flavor whatsoever besides melty ice water and bitter chocolate... The girl was sweet and nice... and tried her best to remake it and I feel bad for even complaining but it was awful and continued to be awful. . I just ended up saying I'll take it how it is because I had to get to work on time and I've been there for like 20 minutes.... I don't really want to say anything bad about the barista she was nice and everything but the way they have the recipes to make the coffees especially this blended one I was highly disappointed and it was not at all anything like I expected. I try not to be too picky and I don't like to complain but I mean it was absolutely terrible. Not the girls fault I suppose they have a way that you're supposed to make every drink so I'm sure she knew how to make it it's just the way they make it is not at all good... I appreciate her trying to rectify the situation but at this point I just wouldn't recommend ordering a blended drink especially a mocha one. Otherwise I can't say anything else about the place because it was my first time and first impressions mean a lot and I can say I will not be returning but don't want to put too much on the barista because she is very nice however again I am paying for a product and the product was awful. I pass it on my way to work but have never stopped because Iām typically really picky so I donāt venture away from my typical stand I frequent. I had originally ordered a Yoguccino. Unfortunately they were out and I was kind of bummed about that⦠so I ordered my āgo to drinkā that I typically get, a white chocolate, caramel mocha. The girl who took my order was so nice and so sweet and had excellent customer service. I waited for 3 minutes until the barista finally came to the window at which point she promptly tells me it is 5 & they are closed. I informed her that I had in fact been waiting for 3 minutes, the open sign was still lit and in fact it was 4:59. She said Sorry and proceeded to the back of the building. While I understand that this was only a few minutes prior to closing time, I understand that businesses are fiercely working to get new business & maintain their old clientele during these uncertain economic times. This was my first time coming to this establishment as we recently moved to the area. I believe that this could be a learning and training opportunity for the employees. As a person who trains staff, managers & employees in customer service, this is an example of a missed opportunity to showcase your product and shine with great customer service!
