I really wish I could give ZERO stars. The lady at the register was SO RUDE. I've never experienced such rudeness in my life and then she blamed it on me. So, yes I indeed did NOT buy anything and I cursed her out. She was so rude it made my blood boil. She had the audacity to say to me "when you work in customer service you'll understand, it's too early you don't have to speak to me like that." FIRST OF ALL, she was the one being RUDE and I pointed that fact out. She told us to get in line BUT WE WERE ALREADY IN LINE. I happened to work in customer service and have been for the past 7 years ... I'm the ASSISTANT MANAGER for a spa and customer service is what our values are about. If you work in customer service should you provide GOOD service with a smile. Maybe I've just been doing customer service all wrong then. I've never gotten so out of character before and even apologized to the other people who were in the store. I went in for a coffee, keep in mind shaked n stirred it n tried it and it was just sugary and syrupy and I politely asked the lady if she can remake it for me because it never taste like that when I order it in any other location. The cashier catches an attitude with me and doesn’t even hear me out, doesn’t even apologize so at this point I’m getting irritated because the whole point of customer service is attending to the customers needs! So I just tell her to give me a refund on my card and then she’s like no, instead she takes the money out her tip jar and gives me what she thinks was the price for the coffee. At this point I’m like whatever, I felt bad because why would you take it upon urself to take it out your tips when you can simply just refund it back to my card. Cashier used same gloves he took my $ with to make my food! I told him that it's unsanitary! He said he didn't touch the hashbrowns with that hand, he used tongs to pick them up. Are you serious dude!? I just watch you! Refused to give refund and was very rude!! I had my daughter with me, didn't feel safe, so I left!! Meanwhile, I was so distracted with the unsanitary'ness that when I went to my vehicle and tried the coffee, it tasted extremely old!! Board of health needs to visit this location on weekends also NOT only during city hall business hours!
