Stay away from Lombardi's Italian Restaurant at 1620 W Marine View Dr. Everett, WA. 98201 - skip this horrible place and look for another alternative.

If I could give a negative rating for our Mother's Day dinner, I would. Ok, so our meal took 1:30 minutes to come to the table (a bit longer than it should have been), and the food was lukewarm. The meal was 140+, and during this time, when I asked for more bread at the table, I was denied bread (seriously, some bread) and said there was an upcharge for more bread. Are you kidding me?

What made it worst was that the two tables around us also asked for bread, and they received this free because they did not have MR. Mid-level manager, man. This rude stiff guy we now had all to ourselves. Our original wait staff told us that they would get some for free like the other tables but would not say to the manager to make up for this man, but the mood had already been set, and we did not want to risk our waiter staff getting into trouble.

So I guess the manager or whoever talked with us and signaled us out to pay an upcharge for bread but gave it out to the others around us for free. That chapped my hide as I (USE TO) come in during lunch and have NEVER paid for a second set of bread with the lunch.

I would not recommend this restaurant ever when you can spend the same price. However, visit Bluewater Distilling down the street for better service or Anthony's HomePort 30 seconds away. If you want more of the grilled items, you can visit Redhook Brewery 60 seconds down the street and many other great restaurants on the Everett waterfront.

Pass this restaurant over, and on top of that when the bill comes, they also charge an additional 4.5% on your bill to cover their staff. Here is some advice, how about you pay your staff a fair wage, so you do not upcharge the customer an additional service charge.

Man, you guys suck at customer service.

Geezzzz PLEASE !! We ensured that this negative experience did not hurt our friendly waiter, who was not the manager and left a 20% tip on top of the overall overcharged bill. - It was not her fault but the management's. I will tell everyone I do business with not to frequent your business and share this negative experience moving...

We had the worst experience here on Saturday and are so embarrassed that we brought family from out of town here. When we asked if they would be able to accommodate a large table upon arriving the woman asked if we had reservations. We said that we didn’t and were wondering if there were any available tables for our group. She responded “great” and stomped off without saying anything to us. A hostess came over and was nice and told us we could sit outside but that it would be a long wait for a table inside. Totally fine— we didn’t have a reservation. The restaurant was not busy at all as we walked through to go sit outside. Our waitress was nice but was at our table 3 times in a total of 2+ hours that we were there. It took our food over an hour to get to the table and no one said anything. Two of the four dishes we ordered were salads. We can totally appreciate that some places are understaffed but we’ve never had food take that long without someone saying “I’m sorry the food isn’t out yet let me go check on that for you”. Cold bread was brought out about 5 minutes before our food finally came out. We sat down at 6:40, our food came out at 8:00, and we had to go find our waitress to pay and leave. Then my husband had to ask for our bill to be adjusted because we got charged for a drink that was never brought to us. As we were leaving the table next to us gushed on and on about how well-behaved our kids were that were and couldn’t believe how bad our service was, either. So it’s not like we were a big unhinged obnoxious group. We are polite and quiet people… We were looking for a nice dinner and some drinks with our family and kids and this was NOT it. Maybe they saw that we had kids and immediately dismissed us? Maybe they prefer people not to eat there without reservations? It was a very crappy...

We held a large event (approx 50-70 people) yesterday and the staff at Lombardis did incredible. My main contact, Andrew did an incredible job connecting with me multiple times over the whole process of everything before our event and then was able to help make sure everything went perfectly at our event. The food was spectacular, we had a little bit less turnout than anticipated which actually ended up being amazing because a lot of our friends and family were able to grab leftovers on their way out. We paid for our guests to have beer and wine and Nikki did an incredible job passing out wine to our guests and helping get our guests beer as well. At the end of our party we had more leftovers and Nikki kindly helped us box up the leftovers so that we could take them home. A detail we likely would have forgotten with the stress of the day but was great so our leftovers didn’t go to waste. It was a great for a snack last night after we got home from our event. The food was delicious. The kitchen did a spectacular job especially with the timing of making sure we had what we needed when the event started. The event space of both the back room and the side patio was amazing. Our guests loved having room to walk outside between the two places. Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful it all was. I cannot recommend this place enough, highlighting two great employees who made it so wonderful Nikki and Andrew. Thank you to all the staff who helped yesterday who weren’t mentioned at Lombardi’s. Highly would recommend if you are on the fence about planning an event here to book it and do...

I went to Lombardi's for a small gathering for an announcement of sorts. I wouldn't go as far as to say that we were in a banquet room, however it could be called that. The room was a bit small however there are big bay windows that allow a bunch of light in, and a nice view of the marina, along with a glass door that leads outside to the docks. The food that was served was steak kabobs along with chicken kabobs, assorted fruit trays and bruschetta with olive oil drizzled on top, and three toppings. Some marinated tomatoes, which were amazing, goat cheese (I'm not a fan at all of goat cheese I totally thought it was cream cheese and I was sorely mistaken) and lastly and olive tapenade (I could be wrong about that but that's what it looked like). The steak was so good, it was tender and juicy and I ate more than I needed to, the flavor was on point. The chicken was less than fantastic but it's a chicken kabob, the meat was dry and it didn't have much flavor. The desserts were chocolate cheesecake bites(I love chocolate however these were a bit to much for me) but they serves these little pastry cups filled with a coffee flavored mousse type delicious filling and I could have taken the whole tray with me. Overall it was a decent experience, I've never been there until that day. However I don't normally dine in fancy restaurants so I felt out of place for sure.

Lombardi's is an upscale Italian restaurant in Everett near the waterfront on Marine View Drive. When I went with two other people at dinnertime on a weekday, we didn't have to wait for a booth near a window. But I know on a weekend we would have to wait for a table unless we had reservations. The restaurant has a small outdoor seating area, booths, and tables, some of which are at the large windows. There is also seating at the bar and in the bar area. The restaurant has a rustic decor. The staff, from the front desk to the servers, are friendly and efficient. The server comes quickly to your table to get you started on drinks and appetizers and are very helpful if you have questions. They're also good at recommending wines to pare with your food. Drinks and appetizers came quickly to our table (they have an excellent bruschetta!). You can order your main meal then or wait until you are done with appetizers. We ordered a delicious pizza and lasagna. The lasagna is quite smooth as they use bechamel instead of ricotta, which makes the lasagna very rich tasting and quite delightful. We even got a pizza to go for a late night snack! Overall, we had an excellent experience.

We had Lombardi's cater our event in April and we are so thankful to them. Lombardi’s left a lasting impression on us at our event last year, and will always continue to get our business for the event. We hope your catering team, Lynda and Tiffany, know how grateful we are for their efforts. Everyone said lovely things about the food, and I can speak from personal experience that is was absolutely amazing! It was very efficient and everyone involved from Lombardi's, as always, were an extreme pleasure to work with. Andrew went above and beyond to make this event successful and stress-free for me. He worked with us on our color scheme, handled the CORT rental for the tablecloths, was flexible with the menu and head count, and made last-minute suggestions and accommodations when I would lament an oversight on my part. Working with the college can sometimes be less than ideal with payments and contracts, but Andrew’s flexibility with that has also been stellar. We will definitely be in contact next year to continue this partnership, and words cannot fully express how appreciative we are of Lombardi’s. Thank you again for catering our event!
