Starbucks — Restaurant in Everett

Great wifi, good amount of outlets, ultra friendly staff, possible the best place in Everett, WA. Everett, WA is not a nice place it appears I have no intention of finding out how nice it is but it has all the sure signs of a mean place, almost every place has a no "tress passing any time" sign up. The Safeway not far from here has combo locked restrooms a rude sign forbidding loitering, panhandling etc. We need to support businesses like this Starbucks that are nice to everyone, polite to everyone, and provide a good service to everyone;. We need to boycott the other places in Everett, WA. Everyone need to do this, rich and poor because you never know whats going to happen in the future, you might end up poor or else if not you, someone you know might end up in a situation where if they appear poor and cannot get in touch with you that they would not be...

Went to this location last night. Have never been here. I ordered a hot drink, and my teens ordered frappucinos. When the drinks were served, they were hot drinks. My nephew told the barista (Miranda) they ordered a frappucinos. Instead of apologizing, she told him, "You never said frappucinos" and let out a deep sigh in annoyance. She grabbed the hot drinks and blended them into frappucinos. When she handed them back, she told my teens, "Next time you order, make sure you say frappucinos. There is a difference." Duh. That's why he told you the wanted a frappucino instead of the hot drink you tried to serve him. Such poor customer service. Who says that? The drive thru is poorly designed for busy times. It only fits about 3 or 4 cars and then cars will be blocking the sidewalk or almost sticking out to the street. And when people want to go inside they have to use the left side of the entrance which is actually the lane for people trying to exit the parking lot. Also both times I've been there they've had one oven down. And the wait times for a breakfast sandwich was about 10 minutes, so the drive thru line stayed packed the whole time I was there. The guy at the window was nice enough but he talked my ear off for that whole ten minutes while I was waiting for my food.
