Food was good the decor is very green and yellow. The lady making our sandwichs was nice. The only problem was the young girl working the cash register. She was more interested in flirting with the guy near me to pay attention. She rang everything up asked if i wanted anythjng else. I stuck my credit card in and waited for her to complete the sale. She kept chatting with the guy. I said my chip is in to let her know she could complete the sale. Next thing i know the amount has gone up a couple of bucks. I said what gives why did it go up. She said you wanted a chip. I said no i said my chip was in the reader so you can complete the sale. I thought you wanted chips. No i didn't want chips. Read moreWhat an absolute joke. Ordered their new Mozza Meat sandwich. Just got home with it, it doesn't have mozzarella on it. You can't make this up; they forgot to put mozzarella on the Mozza Meat. Not only did they not include the ingredient the sandwich gets it's name from, they didn't include any of the extra veggies I ordered. I've been calling the store for about ten minutes. Subway has seriously declined in the last couple years and this is the last time I will ever attempt to eat at one.

Read moreUsed the kiosk and received the other customers sandwich after waiting forever. Drove back from my office to be informed they couldn't give me a refund. They remade my sandwich after the worthless sandwich lady purposefully let somebody go in front of me (to which the customer commented that I was before her). They seemed to take the whole mishap personally which is so petty and indicative of poor customer service training.
