Mamas Cafe — Restaurant in Everett

Today we tried Mama's Cafe in The Everett. It's a hidden gem that has been open for over three years.

This is a unique restaurant that serves authentic Mexican breakfasts along with traditional Mexican fare. They also have crêpes and French toast options.

The breakfast menu includes Huevos rancheros, Chilaquiles, Machaca, French Toast, Crepes and regular meat and eggs items. The Mexican lunch and dinner menu includes street tacos,chili rellenos, burritos and more.

They serve freshly squeezed orange juice that was absolutely sweet and delicious.

The café is located on Broadway and is easy to miss driving by.

Our Mexican breakfast was marvelous and we enjoyed every bite. We ordered one fresh orange juice and had to get a second one as it was so good.

The restaurant is clean and the service friendly. Highly recommend this establishment.

We stopped by on our way down to Seattle hungry for some huevos rancheros. My partner got the huevos and I got the machaca plate. We were happy with everything. Had the homemade taste and light on salt. We have to watch our blood pressure so we appreciate the minimum salt in the chips and salsa. It's easy to add in to taste while staying healthy conscious for us. Some places are too heavy with the salt in the rice,beans and sauces so it's a godsend to find one that does it with a fine hand. I liked that my machaca had some yummy melt in your mouth fatty bits along with the steak bits. I understand that's a personal preference. My partner enjoyed his huevos rancheros as they used a picadillo type topping and sauce. We have a hard time find good huevos rancheros due to most places using canned enchilada sauces and not doing fresh made salsa so we found it refreshing to have a...

I love trying out restaurants I’ve never been to. I usually go onto Google & look for at least 4-4.5 ⭐️ratings. Then go through each menu. I saw this place had a 4.8 rating, found things I liked on the menu. Went inside to order to go. I ordered the Machaca plate & fajita omelette. So, that I could sample a little of each dish. Let me tell you, they were both SO delicious!! I will definitely be ordering food from Mama’s Cafe again. Also, they do door dash! Big plus in my book, as I am a loyal DoorDash customer! They also have tables inside, if you prefer to dine in. It was not crowded & there was plenty of available tables. The Only thing I didn’t care for, was the parking situation.
