WORTH A READ: Please know that our staff is professional. Unfortunately there has been some “keyboard” warriors that have decided to attack our reviews. One who says we pick on 92 year old veterans. Funny, these reviews are coming from people not even present when the assault on our employee happened. This of course is over the top! And completely untrue. Bruno was in the Pub with his family and with a kitchen delay his daughter personally mocked and belittled a staff member. She (our staff member ) tried on several occasions to stop the conversation and his daughter would not leave her alone. After she walked away the daughter got up from the table and followed our staff member. The daughter was told to please take her seat and enjoy her meal. The daughter responded with insults and cussed at our staff member. When she was asked to leave because of her behavior, the daughter actually threw fries with tartar sauce on an employee in a tantrum. I don’t know about you, but if someone I don’t know threw a fist full of food in my face, the least of the reaction from me would be to cuss and scream in response. That is more than a reasonable reaction to being assaulted. It was not Bruno who caused the secan, it was his daughter . That behavior is unacceptable. Any legal recourse will be taken seriously and our staff will be protected when assaults like this take place. This was clearly an assault will be treated seriously. Bruno was treated with the upmost respect as he always is. Please though family, don’t use his discharge status nor time in service to excuse the behavior of your family. Lady, take a look in the mirror. Do better. Be better. You are definitely old enough to know better. Maybe you were not taught respect for others 🤷♀️. This was shown further by dumping sauces on the table and smearing them around. It’s just shameful. Please stop calling the pub and harassing our employees while they try and do their jobs. It is over the top excessive and unacceptable behavior. There is already a no Tresspass on file for you and we wish not to be disturbed. I guess the Everett Police Department enforce those when you are perfectly innocent of wrong doing? 🤷♀️🤨. Not a chance. The woman who was assaulted is a long term 5 year employee. She’s a mother and a wife. The only wish that day was to show up and make an honest living for her family. What she got was disrespect and assaulted while simply doing her job. You took some security and safety away from a peaceful enjoyment at work. To this I say SHAME ON YOU! To anyone that reads this, thanks for your time. On to the next day! Can’t wait to see you! As the barstool...
Read moreWow.......well I will never be back again. I have been a regular customer that has been going here for many years. I was going to stop coming a few months ago. They had a bartender named Valerie that all she really did was sit around and not do much. She is a smoker that NEVER washed her hands and she cooks food. Yuck. The thing that made me leave was Valerie trying to give me drugs and the unsanitary habits of Valerie also she stunk of Marijuana and I think she also got drunk while working. Was never going to come back. Then one of my friends told me Valerie was no longer there and that they had someone else that was amazing. So I went in to give them another shot. And my friend wasnt kidding. The new bartender was fast, extremely friendly, clean and always made sure the food was right and my drink was full. What a breath of fresh air for 7th Ave. Her name is Jessica and she truly is a great bartender and you can tell she loves her job. And that she cares about her customers. Well that all changed when I went in Friday night and didnt see Jessica which is her usual shift. So I asked where she was and I was told that she is no longer with 7th Ave. Are you serious??? And the worst part was I saw Valerie back. Yuck. So I am taking my buisness to a different establishment. I am sure I wont be the last. Good luck 7th Ave. Your going to need it. Especially if you keep letting good...
Read moreThe food is good, and the cook does his best to interpret the tickets the waitress puts into their system. The first waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to take care of her customers. The second waitress was nice, smiling, and friendly, however she had no clue about how to handle a somewhat full bar. The manager, while trying to do her best to sit and not pay attention to what's going, was not very much help when we were over charged. The first waitress closed out our friends bill who sat with us. They left, and when we were ready, our bill had their drinks and food on it. The manager attempted to fix things, but the bill still had their items on it, but I only had to pay for my food and drinks. Ok, fine. We ordered food to eat there and one dinner to go. The to go fee per dinner is $1.50, but I got charged for all to go items. Not to mention, for one of the sides we ordered soup of the day. That was an extra $3 charge....only to get home and find out we did not get our soup.
Will not be going back anytime soon, which is a shame because the atmosphere was great and the food is...
