Good place to go but some employees are clueless or don't care at all.
Example 1: Needed thermal paste and saw on their site that the sold it in stores. Went here and asked the guy "Where is the thermal paste?". He said they dont sell it. Strange... i walked around and ended up finding it. Showed the guy just letting him know and he said, "Oh you're looking thermal compound. i thought you said thermal paste." ........ theyre the same thing....
Example 2: Went to buy a GoPro. asked the lady for help. She got the camera out of the case and as we're walking to the register, she picked up a $65 SD card and tried to sell it to me with the camera. i told her multiple times that i dont need it but she insisted, over and over again, saying i needed that specific one or the camera wont work. i said okay, took both items and "continued shopping" meaning put the SD card back and went to the front registers.
Example 3: Saw a perfect monitor on display. asked an employee for help getting it. The guy brought it over the the register, rang it in, and said total is gonna be $250-ish, even though the monitor on display was $100. looked at the box and it was a completely different monitor.... really??? Okay whatever... mistakes happen. Guy went back to get the one asked for but apparently it is no longer being sold. i asked to buy the display and gave me a reasonable excuse as to why they couldn't at the moment and told me to ask after a certain day. went back after that day and saw the monitor was still on display. if you dont sell it why is it..... Anyways, told a different person the situation and asked if i could buy the display. he came back with "Sorry, we have to return it to the manufacturer." Reasonable. So that day i bought a similar monitor for $150. Came back a 2 days later to see the original monitor i wanted to buy, on clearance for $75............................... Really???
Example 4: Needed help finding a SD card. Employees were busy that day so it was hard to get help. Saw an employee walking by me, asked if she was busy and she was. she walked over to a register and started using her phone. another customer walked up to her for help and she said she was busy and pointed in my direction. Legit waited 43 minutes exactly (i was in a rush and kept looking at the time) before someone helped me... Should have just bought the SD that lady in example 2 was forcing me to buy........ (about 2 years passed between the two example lol)
Things like this happened why too many times and gets frustrating. Luckily there's very few number of people who actually care/know what they're doing. Other than that, its a typical...
Read moreHad the worst I mean absolute worst experience!!!!! I was trying to return my drone, the cashier girl was inspecting every single thing and was confused where to located the serial number and without telling me anything, she started walking around the whole store asking all the clerks where’s the serial number on it and making it seem like I’m suspicious of my return or something. After finally someone explained to her, she came back without even saying anything or making an eye contact with me she just started to proceed with the return and as she was doing the return I saw on the screen that price I paid for was way lower from what I originally paid for so I stopped her and said I’m sorry why is the price lower then what I paid for and her not really explaining anything to me she just staring at the screen so I repeated again to her that I’m confused why is the return price different from what I originally paid for, she finally just made up something and was like “well it’s because it’s a online purchase order” I said ok but it was store pick-up so why should that matter and she had no explanation to it and went asked for help again. At this point I’m just frustrated because she just wasting my time and not communicating with me correctly . I asked her if there’s an issue she responded by “I’m just doing my job” I said I understand that And that’s when this random female worker came out of nowhere giving me an attitude saying “you not gonna talk to her like that and you need to leave right away! I told her to relax I’m leaving, let me just pack up the drone again since everything was all over the counter and she started mumbling stuff and looking up and down on me like she wanted to fight me. I ignored her and packed up everything and left to my car, after I was in my car I looked over and saw her outside the store looking directly at me like she wanted to do something. I felt threaten from her actions.
I highly recommend not going to this store! this is the second time I’ve dealt with them and the last time I purchased something online for a pick-up and it read “ready for pick-up” after I got there, they said your item was “stolen” and unfortunately we are out of stock with that item” I was super confused how is this even possible when it clearly said “ready for pick-up”. I wouldn’t even give this place even 1 star. Terrible customer service!!
For the most part I’m a very patient person but this definitely pushed my patience and...
Read moreI used to really like the store in Everett Massachusetts and the employees there were very nice and helpful but since about 1 year those employees have said they would quit due to a bad supervisor and boy has the change for the worse been big and noticeable! the store now looks abandoned with messy shelves and some empty ones, the lousy attention from the moment you enter the store! when you ask about something they prefer to tell you that there is not (when online it says that there is), products with poorly marked prices or poorly positioned on the counter and when you go to pay they tell you that it is not the published cost but more expensive! It shows that the employees are no longer trained or knowledgeable about the products or anything! The weekend after the poor service at the Everett store, we went to the South Bay store hoping it would be better and look better, but when ordering the product it was a real chaos! First of all, he approached to ask what we wanted, even when several employees passed us around and looked at us that we wanted to call them, they turned and continued on their way as "I didn't see them" then my husband called one and he just leaned out and murmured that he would look for the indicated, which he never did because he just walked from one side to the other without giving us an answer, then we looked for another and he said that there was no tablet, then my husband looked for a supervisor and asked for someone to attend to us and we waited because no They sent no one and we returned to ask another employee who was passing by as if he had to beg for attention and, like the other store, the prices did not correspond to the product. When scanning the price they took out the smallest tablet and said that that was when it was obviously smaller, they treat you as if you had no brain to realize that it is not the same product that you want and again they said, then there is not! and my mom had to go tell him which one it was probably, so he would get on the ladder and bring it down. And all this because we were in a hurry to buy it because it was a gift because otherwise we would not have insisted on receiving so much abuse, they seemed to be racist or maybe it was just laziness and poorly trained staff or a mixture of everything! but each time the experience at Best...
