I have been a costumer of this Domino’s store for 2 years and I have never had an experience like this. I ordered a thin crust pizza and buffalo wings at 7:22pm today. It was sent out for delivery at 7:32pm. When I checked the app again to check the status of my delivery, it said complete. I checked my front door at 7:40-ish pm and there was no food. I called at 8pm store #4535 and spoke to the manager named Katrina. She was very rude as soon as I explained my situation. She claimed that the delivery employee delivered my order. Not only that, they claimed that they rung the door bell, knocked on the door and took a picture showing proof of delivery. I told her that none of that is true and she immediately started raising her voice at me. After hearing her yell at me, I got fed up and requested a full refund. She then offered to redo my order. I accepted, but I continued to ask for a refund. I then called back asking to speak to someone else to receive my refund quicker. I then spoke Martha (I hope I’m saying her name right). She was so kind and the complete opposite of her boss (or sister, I don’t know nor care if that’s true). Martha immediately reversed my payment and processed my refund in full. She apologized for what happened to my order and my experience with her rude boss Katrina. Please give Martha at store #4535 and please fire Katrina at store #4535. Read moreOrdered two pizzas and some garlic knots at 1:30 pm today. Was sent a message that Emily had left the store at 2:00 pm to deliver the food. The food did not come until 3:00 pm and you can only imagine how cold it was. I did call the store at 2:40 pm and was told Emily was the only driver and had several deliveries. I was the last stop although I’m only 2 miles from the store.
I called the store to let them know I was not satisfied and asked to speak to a manager. This is actually the worst part of the ordeal. The young lady, I mean girl, said she was the assistant manager. I then asked for her name and to my amazement she said she didn’t feel comfortable providing her first name and she didn’t have to provide it. Of course, this was very odd. Instead of possibly writing a decent review on how “the unknown assistant manager” assisted me, it turned into me writing a negative review. Every single time I order delivery from this place, it takes over an hour and it's always messed up. 9 times out of ten, my pizza is smashed to the top of the box so bad that I can't even open it. My breadbowl comes in a tin can and they swear I'm lying, or it comes inverted, with the noodles and sauce in the box with the bread on top. I took pictures. Then, to fix a $50 mess up, they wanna give me one free pizza, I have to pay extra to get it the way I originally ordered it, or 20% off an order. How does any of that add up?
