There's always something with this Dunkin'. I either have to go back in the store for a forkn or they give me lemonade that isn't sweet. Today, I've had it. Absolutely disgusted at my breakfast this morning. I ordered in the app with clear specifications of how I wanted my sandwich assembled, of course to my surprise as I pulled off from the drive-thru and bit into my sandwich, my specifications weren't honored. You know what a restaurant is trying to get rid of a batch of food thats about to be outside of its prepared time to serve range. Otherwise, food that will need to be thrown away. Instead of making me new batch of hasbrowns, they give me a bag full of old cold hash browns that they probably should've shrank out. I never understood forcing old food on your customers and tricking them into thinking that they are about to get a substantial hot meal that they spent their hard earned money to buy from your place of business. I work hard every day, If I'm paying you for a service,l it's because I need it, why would you give me something old that even you wouldn't want to eat? What makes you think I want to both eat & pay for garbage? Absolutely disgusting even though I live right across the street from them, I'm never going there again. Last visit. Read moreI’d give it 0 stars if I could. I’ve been there 3 times since it opened because I prefer one closer to my home. Well when mine is closed I look fo another every now and then. The first time I was there they hand me a bag and an iced coffee.... no straw in bag even though the girl said there was. Had to pull back around. The second time they tell me they don’t have Cold brew. Tonight they don’t have the most popular flavor this time of year even though I asked when I called so I didn’t waste a trip. Another disappointment. Then I get home and the cold brew tastes like tap water that was full of iron or it was very very very old. So another wasted trip, coffee went right in the trash....
Read moreCashier couldn’t help me add a coupon for a free sandwich with a drink purchase, rushed me, and couldn’t void my order because there was no manager on duty. I wanted to drive away to find out how I could use the coupon from the app a because I couldn’t really afford to pay for the sandwich without it, but it seemed like I would be completely screwing the team over and everyone behind me because there was no other apparent way to get my order off the screen than to buy the meal and again I was being rushed so I just bought it. The cashier did her best but maybe management could have better prepared for employees needing overrides? I wouldn’t really recommend...
