Came here for the first time yesterday. I chose to walk in because the drive thru line was long. After ordering an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich, I received my food quickly and proceeded to wait for my coffee. A male employee asked if I was waiting for something, and I told him I was waiting for my coffee. It was busy so I understood the wait. Then the woman making coffees (donāt know her name, but she was the ONLY one not wearing a mask and was instead wearing a face shield) proceeded to raise her voice at me and tell me āyour coffee is sitting right here!!ā She pointed to a group of a few coffees sitting together on the counter. I told her that wasnāt my order, as I only ordered one. Then she aggressively grabs all but one of those coffees and moves them to the drive thru area, as she realized she put my coffee in with the wrong order. Then she proceeded to YELL at me saying āhereās your caramel coffee!ā I said āthat must not be mine, I ordered hazelnut.ā She then proceeded to tell me I ordered caramel, I said no. Then she said āwell I meant to say hazelnut!ā What the hell? She was literally yelling at me because 1) I was apparently supposed to know that my coffee was mixed up in someone elseās order and 2) that Iām supposed to know that caramel actually means hazelnut. What a psychopath. I will NEVER come back here. I was just quietly and patiently waiting for my coffee and I got verbally abused by the rude worker because Iām not psychic. Iāve never been treated so poorly for no reason in my life. Iāll be reporting you guys to the health...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRegrettably I have to give this Dunkin a thumbs down. Several times I left the drive thru only to find no napkins in my bag. I really hate that. I'm buying food...can't I have a napkin? Even one?!? I shouldn't have to ask. Another time (about a week ago) I ordered munchkins and was told they didn't have any. It was still morning. But alright. Then another day, I asked for a jelly donut and Boston creme. I drove away without looking in the bag (big mistake at this location), and inside the bag were 2 strawberry frosted donuts šš©š the good news is I like that flavor....but, it isn't what I ordered. What bothers me most is that I feel like once the order was taken they realized they didn't have the ones I requested and intentionally put 2 that they had in my bag. They could have just asked me at the window what my preference was for the remaining ones available and told me the options. Also. The traffic this location creates in a small shopping area is pretty bad. The township really shouldn't have approved this small parking lot and drive lane. The best Dunkin in the area is Medford Stokes Rd. Free wifi and excellent assortment of munchkins. Nice...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve ordered from Dunkin Donuts before without an issue, but this time will be my last time ordering delivery. I donāt know if Dunkin has a specific time when they stop serving certain breakfast foods or not but it certainly seemed that way when I opened my bag.
I ordered 3 wraps. Two wraps came in the same bag, okay bag shortage in Jersey, so no problem, but all the wraps were served on dry crusty tortillas that broke the moment I pulled them out of the bag. All three wraps also had a green substance on them that, after careful examination, looked like pesto. Not sure what these wraps were doing near pesto but each wrap was stained with it. The wraps must have been heated up too much because the cheese inside of them was burnt up so bad there were black spots inside the wraps instead of cheese. I ordered my fiancƩ a bagel with meat and cheese and his bagel was burnt.
This was such an unpleasant experience that I will not be ordering delivery from Dunkin again. Iāll just go up there and if God forbid something is wrong with my food I will have them make it over right...
