I was excited about all the "hype" about Raising Canes. They recently opened a few weeks ago, and I have been 2 times. Every time, the drive through is a complete nightmare with an accident waiting to happen. My son loves chicken fingers, and so do I. He was excited to go there the other day. So, we went and ordered some fingers combo to share. We were so disgusted with the chicken because it was wet and a bit slimy. Even if Raising Canes is not known for being crispy, the fingers should not be wet and slimy. Also, the fries were horrendous - did they empty the entire shaker of salt on them? Don't get me started on the Texas "toast". Wasn't even toasted. We figured maybe this was an off day, and went again. Shame on Canes - we got the same results in terms of quality of the food. Kids were in tears. I called, and emailed their customer service department to inform them of my experience. Surprisingly, I have never heard back. Big pass on Canes. It's all hype. Other chicken options in the area are worth the business.

Finally stopped by the ever popular NEW Canes in Marlton. The lines have been so long with their first couples months of opening & the hype appears to have died down… we wondered why. My husband is a HUGE fan of chicken & was seriously let down. For a place with such a simple menu, you’d expect it to be glorious chicken fingers- but they weren’t. For the price, he got the tiniest chicken fingers. They weren’t anything worth the hype. The fries were soggy & he didn’t even bother eating them. The “Texas toast” was basically a burger bun with some butter slathered on. REALLY wanted to like this spot. Staff was friendly & the inside is beautiful but their food is SUPER lack luster & there’s just so many local spots doing chicken better (PDQ & Dave’s Hot Chicken) 🙄😔 If they could deliver better fries, maybe bigger portions - more flavor - maybe we would consider again.

We ordered two 4 strip box meals. Each of these meals came with four chicken strips, Raising Cane dipping sauce, crinkle fries, coleslaw, a piece of Texas Toast and a soda. The chicken strips were fresh and crunchy on the outside, moist inside and warm. The fries were also fresh, crunchy and warm. The coleslaw was ok and added to the meal. All their employees were friendly, helpful and cheerful. They greeted you as you entered their door and made you feel welcome. The restaurant was clean. Wishing Marlton’s Raising Cane a great future here. Please keep up the good work!!!!

This review comes with great sadness. I'm not from the area and I have never eaten at a raising Cane's. With that being said I ordered through the drive-thru with no problem, I drove to the second window to pay. The young lady who opened up the window did not make eye contact with me at all took my card and proceeded to talk to what looked like a manager and another coworker. Okay, maybe they were talking about something important. She hands my card back proceeds to give me my drink I say thank you and I got no response. I'm sitting there and I see someone hand her my food and she stands there talking to the manager that I think is a manager and also a co-worker, laughing and just having a normal conversation finally about 10 seconds later The manager goes to reach for the window She turns around and frantically hands me my food. I say thank you she shuts the window on me still making no eye contact during any of this. I then say "Really" She then must have heard me because she opens up the window and says oh have a good night, Shut the window again. I proceeded to say that's not the way I would treat a new customer instead of her opening up the window and talking to me she makes keep talking hand signal like mocking me. Again, I did raise my voice but that was because of the way I was being treated. I was so upset I called to speak to a manager I was told I was speaking to a manager the gentleman said oh hold on and apparently gets the real manager. I'm not going to lie I was very upset and my voice was very loud but I explained to him what happened which he already knew because he was present and he said if you calm down I'll take care of the situation, my response was how are you going to take care of the situation when you stood there and let this all happen! This all being said The food was good, I probably would go to a different one but never ever will I go to this one again!!!! Treat your customers like valued customers because we are the ones that keep you in business!!! I also want to include as a business owner myself and work with customers every day 24/7 I know how valuable my customers are to me. Do better at...

Drive thru - I headed over there today around 12:45 to try the new place out. The parking lot is poorly designed so the car line is directly behind parked cars. They have security guards drinking energy drinks trying to do car line control but one of them was yelling at me to move up when there was no room. I yelled back and was ready to just head out after that. While in the 21 minute line for food I checked the reviews to find out that these security guys are jerks to a lot of people. I ordered 4 meals and have never been there so I asked what the canes sauce was. The girl told me that she couldn't tell me. I forgot to ask for extra honey mustard and they told me that it would be an extra charge and I didn't feel like going in to pay for extra sauce after I already paid $59 for the 4 meals. When I got back to the office they messes up one of my orders, only gave me 1 fork and 3 ketchups for the 4 meals. The food is good not great, but the after the parking lot experience, i'm good with canes. I would rather go to popeyes, kfc...
