I work the overnight shift therefore I often stop by this location for a cup of coffee on my way to work. The staff here at this location are well, just okay. There aren't too friendly but I have never had a problem with my order. I pulled up to the drive thru this evening at 9:15pm (45 mins to closing), I was greeting with a rushed "Can I help you?". immediately I sensed an attitude in her voice. I order a large Iced Coffee w/ cream and 4 Splenda. Then proceeded to order a sandwich. The voice replied "we don't have that bread". I said "ok, how about a bagel". she replied "we don't have that either". I then asked" how about a wake up wrap?' There was a long pause until she got back and said "yea". I told her that I will take the wake up wrap then. And she replied back with a loud, "EXCUSE ME?" I repeated myself. I pulled up to the window and the girl there (her name tag read "Naomi") opened her window and blurted out the amount due. There was never a greeting or anything. She handed me a med size coffee (when I ordered a large) but decided not to say anything because it wasn't that big of a deal to me. I waited a little bit, then she handed me my change and food. Never thanked me or gave a farewell. After I drove off I took a sip out of my iced coffee and immediately can feel the sugar grain. I looked at the bottom of my drink and there was about an inch of un-dissolved sugar. I am a diabetic and do not take sugar in my drinks. I thought about going back and asking for another iced coffee since my ordered was wrong but decided not to because I was afraid she might spit in my drink. I ended up throwing it out. I felt I was inconveniencing her by being a paid costume. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and people like her will bring your business down. I understood that it was close to closing time but a business is still a business and if she did not want to provide service (which is what she is getting paid to do) then maybe she doesn't need...
Read moreFirst off I been getting A large hazelnut swirl ice latte for 6 years twice a day. At this location I pay $5.61 the most pay anywhere. I dread coming to this location the workers have the most horrible attitude and for some reason can never get my large ice latte drink right. When I let them know it wanst made right they always have attitude. Last week I tried to use my free drink the guy at the window scanned my phone then told me I didn’t have a free drink. I refreshed the app and told him yea I do it’s still showing. He told me no I didn’t otherwise it would have taken it as a free drink. To not complicate things further I paid for it with cash. He basically didn’t want me to use my free drink in the app. I came back two days later to the manager giving me attitude telling me the same thing even tho I showed her receipts of me using tht free drink elsewhere letting them know there was a free drink. Well today I come back bc the DD I go to didn’t have the beans for my latte. The lady in the store tht wears heavy eye makeup looked at me with a nasty look like what do you want. She didn’t even greet me when I walked in. When I explain to her I was just in the Drive thru my drink wanst made right. She asked me what did I want her to do. Smh I should have left and asked for a refund but I told her what I wanted and the picture below is how she gave it to me. They need to train their employees to first and foremost greet and leave the attitude at home. Everyone I encountered at this location has attitudes. If they would stop rushing when taken orders you won’t have customers...
Read moreThis dunkin has been a HUGE disappointment on not one not two but THREE DIFFERENT occasions. The first I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, thats right TEN MINUTES and no onewas anywhere to be seen. I even called out and no one answered. The Second time i went to pick up some donuts on a Thursday afternoon, 2pm, through the drive thru and was told they were out of donuts. Yep OUT OF DONUTS. Went inside and there were donuts but the two workers were too busy chatting to even acknowledge I walked in. So again i left without anything. The THIRD time was today and the final straw. My mother in law went to get us some celebratory donuts for making it through a tough day of surgeries on my son. She went in and was ignored, BLANTANTLY for over 10 minutes. After waiting she moved to theend of the counter, spotted two girls talkingone of which was by a large container of fresh donuts. She had to call out THREE TIMES from less then 10 feet away before they finally acknowledged her. After which when she asked if they had more then the ones they had, she just needed two more, the girl said her manager told her she couldnt sell the fresh ones until the others were gone. WHAT?!?!? Look I get needing to sell your fresh goods before they go bad but she just wanted two more ..instead she left, No donuts and not only did they lose her business and ours but also the three businesses that...
