McDonald's — Restaurant in Exeter Township

I will never go to this McDonalds again. They had me waiting 40 minutes for what I ordered at the drive thru. It took 40 minutes to make the new 6 spicy honey chicken tenders (which they put in a 10pc box), 2 apple pies and a chicken wrap that only needed the chicken and flour wrap. When I placed my order I originally wanted a McFlurry. They told me they didnt have any ice cream which was a lie because while I was waiting, there were people who got milkshakes and ice cream cones. Then I asked for 2 apple pies. They told me they only had 1 and were making more would I like cookies instead. They gave me a choice of sugar or chocolate chip. I wanted sugar. The girl comes back and tells me they dont have sugar. So, then I just told her I'll wait for the apple pies which she told me would take 7 minutes. That took over 30 minutes. The manager should be fired for doing this to a customer. I know it was a he cause he came to the register when I was paying for my food. He couldn't even come outside and offer me a soda for waiting or even apologize to me. Not only was this a bad experience but they made me late for work. I attached photos of the food they served me and the tickets that show the times I waited. Hope if anyone else goes to this McDonalds they dont ever experience this. I will stick to Burger King and Chick Filet. They dont make you wait and dont slop their...

Though it wasn't crowded at all (maybe 3 families in the whole restaurant), we were given a beeper to let us know when our food was ready. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to see what the holdup was. Our food had been sitting on the counter for god knows how long and the employees were standing around doing little if anything. I told the young cashier who took our order that the beeper never went off. She looked confusingly at the manager who said and did nothing. I told them I hope it's still hot and returned to our table. Upon tasting the cold fries, my fiance took them back up to the counter and asked for fresh fries since the stupid beeper never went off and they sat there so long. The girl pictured in the red shirt then told the fry cook, "I need a medium and a large fry for some stupid people". The manager, with the short red hair in the photo, stood there and said nothing to her employee for speaking to a customer this way. She then proceeded to the bathroom for the next 20 minutes while we ate our meal without her ever coming to check on us or apologize for the employee's behavior. #ImNotLovingIt ...

If I could give it no stars I would. I don't usually give reviews. But it has to be made.

First the reoccurring issue I seem to have with them. When ever I order a cappuccino, ice coffee, milkshake, etc. The machine always seems to be down. It's down, almost as often as I go there.

One of the last times I was there. Ordered my food, pulled up to the pay window, only to find a worker at the window stuffing her face. She takes notice of us, opens the window, leans over to rest on her elbows, looks at me and my wife for a few seconds, and asked if we ordered something. Well yes, why do you think we're at your window. Turns out she charged the people in front of us for our meal. After fixing the issue, they hand me our meals, and a cold coffee that was supposed to be hot. I tell them it's cold, and they say their machine is down. Like what the _ is going on here.

Now this morning, the place is supposed to be open at 5. I'm waiting at the speakers waiting for someone to take my order, at 5:20. No one bothers, the place isn't even open yet, 20 minutes after it's supposed to be.
