Frosty King — Restaurant in Exeter

We visit Frosty King in Exeter often. Always in hopes the service/food would be better. Unfortunately that isn't always the case. As a customer stated below, he ordered a banana shake and there was no banana in it. Be careful when you point out your order was wrong because that's when the staff attitude comes out. The staff is not friendly. Rarely do you see a smile. Additionally, you could call in your order but they don't answer the phone so good luck with that. We have found it worth the drive to Farmersvilles Rainbow Drive in. Staff there is happy to see you and will gladly replace something if your order isn't correct. Sorry, I wish I had better feedback cause why not shop local? Bad...

So we really did enjoy the delicious food it was so good & I got a pastrami sandwich with the 🍟 curly fries & 🤤 OMG! If it was up to me I’d give this place no stars. I ordered the chili cheese fries and I got tasteless fries with what look like hamburger meat instead of chili with cheese and onions. Completely awful and when we went back to return the fries the ladies were rude. One said it’s not my problem you don’t like them. Unprofessional.
