We are very fortunate to have a store like Exeter Hobbies in our area! I enjoy taking my son here whenever we have a few hours to spend, racing his truck around the indoor track, or having the guys check out his truck whenever it isn’t working. The customer service is beyond incredible as these guys don’t appear to be doing it for the money. They are so helpful and generous with their time I in awe, anytime he has any trouble with his truck they are on it like pit crew, once it’s fixed they take the time to show him what went wrong. I’ve been to Exeter Hobbies several times over the last five+ years and everytime I’m greeted with friendly personnel and awesome service. Employees here share the same passion as the customers and it shows in the work and knowledge. If they aren’t sure about something, they don’t just make it up, they legitimately will look up the correct info. How about that for customer service. We love visiting the Exeter Raceway and Hobbies store. The store is well stocked and organized with many hobby enthusiast items. The race track for the RC cars is a awesome hand crafted dirt track. We have also held a birthday party there and it was very enjoyable! There is a party room for your guests and you have access to the rest of the facility as well.
