I work nearby to this Moe's and normally enjoy getting lunch there. The girls who are usually there, Pam and Meredith, are always extremely pleasant and make a great sandwich. Today, they were very busy and a manager with dark hair was working with them. I received the wrong sandwich and called to get the right one. The manager was very rude with me on the phone, and when I went there to get the correct sandwich I thanked her and was completely shocked at how rude she was to me.
