McDonald's — Restaurant in Exmore

Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I came here for fast food, not a slow motion horror movie. Waited an hour inside for our food. The only thing fast about this McDonald’s is how quickly my hope and patience died. People were politely asking for refunds and supposedly there was no manager. Honestly it didn’t look as if the place was properly staffed. One person cooking and one person serving with the priority being drive thru. lt was 7:30am and the employees looked like they were part of a hostage negotiation. And honestly, SAME. When the manager finally came around she had a terrible attitude and was rude when people politely asked for a refund.

There are bugs all over the dining lights. The trash cans were overflowing. The bathrooms weren’t clean. The baby changing station is broken and a safety hazard.

Ronald McDonald, come get your people.

Whew, the teenager who took my order in drive thru must have had a bad day. For 1 she took my order as if I was bothering her. #2 Not only did she have a bad attitude she rung my order up wrong and overcharged me by $23. The manager came out to address my concerns after driving for 6 hours the last thing that I wanted to deal with was a nasty attitude. I was asked to pull up and wait. After almost 20 minutes of waiting the manager returned with my adjusted receipt and credit card and no food. I was handed our drinks 20 minutes prior in drive thru. Once I brought it to the managers attention she returned with our food which had to have been sitting out waiting for someone to serve it cause the fries were cold and hard. Christmas eve, during the time and during the time both of the employees are sitting on the floor eatting food while their is a line outside the establishment the girl was a light skin female with a bull looking nose ring the time was around 8:51 someone said that they will take us in just a moment, I then proceeded to move up to the window seeing both females sit on the ground and eatting sundays on the ground and larger light skin female says “it was an automated system” telling us someone will be with you in just a moment. She had an attitude and all, being smart and then even saying we are closed if that was the case why sit on the floor eatting food, this was a waste of resources and a waste of public time.
