Lincoln Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Fair Lawn

Ordered food to go. Absolutely zero customer service. I was asked if I needed help so I told the girl at the counter I had ordered food to go. She then grabbed my food but for some reason placed it with other bags of food instead of ringing me up.

After waiting a few more minutes I look up and see that my food is no longer there. It has been given to someone else. I tried alerting staff but was largely ignored. Blatantly ignored in the middle of the restaurant. It was rather rude.

Another staff member then asked if I needed help and I explained the situation. He said they would make my order again but I couldn't wait that long so I had to leave. I work 2 minutes away from here so I figured I would order food to go. I called and alerted the staff to what had happened but told them I wanted to order food for delivery.

He apologized about the situation and said he woyod get new food to me ASAP. Which in his world is 45 minutes later served sopping wet and luke warm. I also still had to pay full price for this meal.

The food was okay. Hard to really judge because it had been sitting out for so long. Breakfast burritos was more like a peppers and onions burrito with a little egg here and there....

Really great place. Now I don't know my Spanish/Mexican foods in the slightest. But this is by far the freshest food around for his subculture of food. i usually order delivery as I work nearby, and get lunch at least once or twice a week. I've been there a few times and the service is fantastic and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent.

There is no table service here, just order at the counter and pop a squat at a table. They have some authentic drinks and their shakes are fantastic. I wish they had some more verity in their shakes that line up with the culture of food, but its your fairly standard flavored milk shakes, but made with fruit and milk not ice cream.

Overall a great quick eat. I highly suggest ordering from here. It may not be the most attractive place from the exterior because of its location. I was sure surprised myself the first time i purchased food from there, but boy...

I have been a long time customer since 2013 and with the recent change of management i have seen the quality of care in the food decline. On two separate occasions i ordered a salad for pick up. The salad was rotten and turned on both occasions. Of course i called up right away and the manager reached out and “corrected the problem”. I waited months later to return. Guess what ! It happened again. This time the manager has been out for 3 days and no one has corrected it nor reached out to me at all. I have in the past recommend this restaurant to others but as of now they really need to rebuild their food Quality and...
