Read moreI don't ever leave reviews but I had to today because the attitude I was treated with was extremely unnecessary. I made a mobile order for a macchiato and a few cake pops and I had my coworker pick them up. They of course, didn't give her the cake pops when she went, so I called them and the guy on the phone was super kind and said that I could pick them up after work - here is where it gets good. After work I went and told them the situation and was met with attitude and eye rolling from one of the employees. That wasn't necessary, it's not my fault you guys can't do your job correctly. The problem with the employees here is that they lack attention to detail and customer service. Every single time I go in for a mobile order pickup you literally have to call them over because if not they'll ignore you forever. I USED TO WORK IN A CAFE, so I know what I'm talking about. You need to acknowledge every single person who walks into your establishment. The point is, there was no need for the childish eyerolling and attitude. I always talk to service employees with kindness (as I hated being treated unfairly when it was me), and I was simply picking up what was...
Read moreI walked in wearing my religious garb and was met with nothing but stares from the customers and employees alike. There was a single employee who offered us consolation and due to the visible disrespect we were victim of, offered us free cookies and advised the people here are very biased towards people of our faith/religion. If I could give no star, I would. It was confirmed to me by the only employee who showed a shred of humanity, that the other employees, who were of lighter skin and different religion/faith, made comments about how disgusted they were that me and my friends even entered the establishment, and how they want to pour coffee on us and how they don't want to serve us, all for wearing a piece of cloth that represents something other than what they believe. I strongly advise no one ever support this Starbucks, the employees and owners alike are racist, prejudiced, whatever word you would like to use, they clearly did not look at us as customers, but as someone who is beneath them. My family and I have been going to this Starbucks for some time now--- this store will never receive a single penny from us...
