Atric Home Living June 2024 Artic Home Living has been our Hot Tub support for years. When it was time to update and upgrade our water softening and water filtration system we chose Artic Home Living Team based upon their past performance and support. We knew our system requires expertise before, during and after the sale. The customer service focus and professional installation team are amazing. Steve, Curt, Chris, James, Amanda and Sarah made the purchase and install seamless for us. Artic Home Living has community focus and individualizes each clients needs. They continue superb follow up after the install and always respond to calls and questions We strongly recommend the Artic Home Living Team!!!! Rebecca and Dave Dean Artic Home Living has absolutely outstanding customer service and support. We own a Sundance Spa hot tub purchased from Artic Home Living in Fairbanks. The service and responsiveness has been consistently excellent. During this recent bitter cold our hot tub sensor stopped working. It was Saturday and even though staffing resources were short for Artic Home Living team they were committed to making sure we didn’t encounter a frozen tub. They supported us and helped with a temporary heat resource to sustain the water temp. They worked continually until we had a temporary solution until the technician could arrive to install the appropriate sensor unit at a later time. A big Thank You to Kirk, Steven. Jeremy, and Kregg for the exceptional service at a crisis time and for the excellent customer service over the years to maintain our hot tub! Thank you for going the extra mile!! ...

I moved to Alaska 3 years ago. I shipped my Jacuzzi here. So, I didn't purchase my tub from Arctic Home Living. Even though I didn't purchase it from them, they've treated me great as a customer for the past few years. I've bought chemicals, UV lights, and filters from them. Just recently, my tub needed service. Last fall, We suffered a long GVEA power outage down here in Nenana. It caused the lines on the tub to freeze and blew out one of the pumps when power was restored. One of their service technicians, Kregg, came to install the pump. While he was there, he found the leak. He told me what I could do prior to his next visit to greatly reduce the time it would take him to repair it and hence save me a couple thousand dollars. It's refreshing to see a company treat their customers like people they want returning as opposed to other companies that treat customers like a mark. Couldn’t be happier with the Sundance spa we bought at Arctic Home Living!! Not only is our spa worth every penny, but the service and support we continue to receive from Curt and the staff at AHL is beyond expectations. In this time of “questionable” customer service, Curt has been AWESOME! During times when water became cloudy and we were still trying to figure everything out, Curt had me call him each morning and evening and walked me thru PH dips and troubleshooting for a few days until the water was clear again! Who does that??? AHL does! 🎉 Also had great support from Chris when he and his team came out to change our water in the middle of winter! Chris provided great info and tips to help us maintain healthy water PH, balance, etc…. especially during winter and arctic temps. MUCH APPRECIATED!
