Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Fairfield

I’ve been coming to this Carls Jr for over 25 years. Not really happy with the last times I’ve been there. It’s gets so expensive to eat out nowadays so the choices have to be more precise in what you actually want to eat. Today I paid $47 for my dinner. I had to take pictures of the big chicken fillet sandwich with mushy lettuce. Check this file out it should be called a flop. It’s flatter than most chicken breast that I’ve seen, it looks like a smashed out nugget. Not happy at all not happy at all. My grand daughter insisted on getting a hamburger there. Otherwise I would’ve gone to Wendy or McDonald’s. At least the food looks a little fresher. What’s good? The Diet Coke, the chocolate cake, and the strawberry cheesecake. French fries were limp like they were sitting around for a while and the salad look like it was the other breast to this sick chicken. I don’t think I had enough room to take that many pictures so I’ll skip that. I know we have the right to eat wherever we choose and by choosing other than the places that don’t serve us well it makes a point yes, but like I tell my wife, if you don’t complain and tell them their fault it’s just as much my fault if they keep pushing the same flop food. Not sure if it was the shift Or the overall quality now of this restaurant. PS, oh yes don’t let me f Forget when I had ordered the 6 or eight piece chicken strips those were a joke crispy crunchy and in pieces. I even took a picture of it and showed it to the supervisor the next time I was in and she just made some kind of a comment and I don’t even remember if she said sorry or not. (Edit: after a brief conversation with the officer who is working on our case he mentioned that food tampering is now being prosecuted as terrorism and that the workers on duty yesterday evening as well as the owner may be brought up on terrorism charges). (Edit it's amazing what a simple lab result could produce from a cup of soda, the lab tech concluded that just 1 or 2 more ml of visine and my son could have died, waiting for the officer handling the case to reply after these findings. That being said this may be an attempted murder case now, we'll be notifying all the local news stations by Monday) Careful about your demeanor while you visit this establishment. My son was poisoned last night by the workers there just because we tried to use a coupon through there app for there new Guac burger, and the worker there had the attitude to basically say they have absolutely no idea they even had an app. We drove off and came back a few hours later once we figured it out ourselves. Almost immediately my son started to develop sleepiness and difficulty breathing along with heart palpitations after drinking just there soda and was hospitalized that evening, being diagnosed with Tetrahydrozoline Poisoning. Tetrahydrozoline poisoning happens when you criminally pour half a bottle of Visine into someones drink. A lawsuit will be filled, the police are currently investigating and we are pressing charges, luckily my son is feeling a lot better now. One way or another these child abusers will pay for what they've done I promise you I will never stop! I will update my post with the names of the workers that were there the night this happened and I will make sure the entire world knows of these child abusers. I don't normally eat fast food , except for Taco Bell burritos and nacho fries yum , or a salad from Jack in the box or criss cut fries from Carl's Jr . I never eat chicken and I never eat any meat from a fast food restaurant . On this evening we'd been shopping all day long and I just wanted some fast food because I knew after I got home and unloaded the car , carried in everything put it away and delt with whatever I'd be too tired to cook . My son wanted bean burritos from Taco Bell ( before they came out with nacho fries ) so I thought I'd drive across the street and get a dollar soda and criss cut fries from Carl's Jr . The guy at the window was friendly and I went to park in front so we could eat while everything was hot ( my son was already on his second burrito lol ) my fries were kinda warm and not crispy so I debated whether or not to go inside ugh I did . He couldn't of been nicer apologized and said explain the cook was new . I said no problem we've all been there he said go wait in your car and I'll bring you your fries . He came out a few minutes later with the really hot bag of fries and a cheese cake and told me to have a nice night 😄 Kinda changed the evening for me . We shared the cheesecake and went home .
