Best pancakes around. I would go early in the morning when there's not a lot of people this place is a very large institution... everyone does a good job. Their food is excellent and they their pancakes were out of this world.
It's a family-friendly place you can get everything on the menu from the steaks to waffles with fruit toppings, anything you could dream of.
its on the corner, you can't miss it don't be deceived by the name! Chip was probably the guy who started the place! Now they are a welcome franchise...
Bring the whole family. I guarante, if you have a little bit of patience things move efficiently.
One last tip
If you plan to go here for the first time,. Here's a very simple and easy suggestion.
Grab any sort of little piece of paper;
A receipt a scrap from a book anything anything whatsoever.....
In fact they have papaet disposable menus as placemats on the table you can use these.....
Now just find a pencil or pen.
Then as you are deciding what to eat Jot down quickly what you want!
It's very easy and simple and saves everyone a happy mpending headache.
Not to mention when you're calmer you actually digest your food more and you tend not to overeat!
And if you go to this place they have so much food as it is it's incredible.
I started doing this and I'm in and out very quickly!
This 2018 life move so quickly that I don't have the time I don't know about you for waiting on other people to decide what they want what goes what with where and when it's all too much confusion.!
Perhaps you can relate maybe you cannot anyway best of luck
enjoy your...
Read moreI stopped in for a late night dinner of pancakes. The sign disclaiming 40 types of pancakes got me in the door. The pancakes and the waitress we're both very good. However, I had to leave a four because I felt that the pricing on the pancakes was odd. It will cost you at least $11 for a full stack of 5 pancakes. But they only contribute $1 off for a short stack. I felt "forced" into going with the larger stack. I would think that a short stack would be worth at least a $1.00 off per pancake not received. Anyhow, I had the conconut crunch pancakes. Once again, they were good but I felt it was lazy. The 40 types of pancakes is essentially the toppings of an ice cream bar that you add on top. They didn't cook the chocolate chips inside the pancakes like most, well, everywhere else I've been does. I would have liked to have seen more unique pancake combinations offered especially with it being the main promotion. Not worth $11 bucks but a nice place and a nice atmosphere. They have a lot of tables so if your looking for a place to prop your laptop with free WiFi then this...
Read moreThis is a tough one... We love to spend Valentine's Day with our daughter, and reviews are not that helpful when it comes to finding a family friendly restaurant. So we went for a diner, a diner that a lot of people praise. I get that this holiday was on a regular week day, but I think staffing the place better could have helped with efficiency, as well as the mood of the employees working that night. Our server was quite tense, in a rush, made a few errors; I felt bad for her because she was the waitress, busser, and food runner. That's on the manager (whom I didn't see at all) I found it unusual that they were out of the only Cabernet on the menu (you should still restock for a special day, just in case) I don't know how many people order Cabernet in a diner by Wednesday, Thursday, but if you're already out by this day of the week, either a lot of people drink that wine or you just didn't do a propee estimate. The food was good (Mexican skillet, I think) ; I was just expecting a little better from a place that, at least online,...
