This review was written after dining at the Broth Lab for the first time. Ordered Bao and the Six bowl. Magnificent.👏 The Bao was layered with flavor. The Six bowl was a chilled bowl with rice noodles, vegetables, and shrimp. The flavors just tossed my taste buds from one side to the other. ☺️ One of my favorite realizations during the meal was that my dining partner and I had stopped talking 😲 and had immersed ourselves in the enjoyment of our dinner. Our server, Madison, was a delight. She was both attentive and discreet. Thank you, Madison!

What a great addition to Fairfield. Everything we ate was very tasty! The pork belly was some of the best I’ve had. Cocktails were very well executed and delicious. They did a great job with renovations. It looks great, feels great and the food was some of the best I’ve had in town. Can’t wait to try every cocktail on the menu.

Astounding food, great service and fantastic cocktails. Dined here for our anniversary and was greeted warmly at the door and all the little details really added up for a full 5-star experience.

This is a true five-star restaurant in Eastern Iowa. Well worth the drive from wherever you are. Chef Camp is incredibly inventive, and don't be put off if the word broth doesn't sound appealing to you. There are many wonderful things on the menu every day, like broth lab burritos and the salmon bowl. There are usually specials on Friday and Saturday evening that I never pass up. Recently there was Camp's take on shrimp and grits and a memorable bouillabaisse. The fried pickle cauliflower appetizer makes my mouth water as I think about it. I am lucky to live only a few...

So I gave service a 4 because you have to get your own water and you have to go up to the counter to purchase food. But the food was brought timely by staff and it was delicious. Hopefully they expand to dinner. I actually got vegetarian that lunch because the panini sounded delicious and it was. The homemade Mac and cheese is great for adults or kids. My friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was a great size but smelled delicious and is available Nashville hot. One of the best meals I had...
