This is a true five-star restaurant in Eastern Iowa. Well worth the drive from wherever you are. Chef Camp is incredibly inventive, and don't be put off if the word broth doesn't sound appealing to you. The Bao was layered with flavor. The Six bowl was a chilled bowl with rice noodles, vegetables, and shrimp. The flavors just tossed my taste buds from one side to the other. ☺️
