Just went for the first time today (weekend)and it was a great experience. I have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old. We got $5 off from downloading their app. To be fair, it wasn't that busy and we went earlier in the day. The attractions were great for younger kids. They have more kiddy rides (stationary) and a huge helicopter/airplane carnival ride that goes up and down and around. My son went on this multiple times with the unlimited bracelet; they let him stay on which was nice. There is a huge bouncy gym section (no adults allowed in) and a huge jungle gym with 3 slides (adults allowed). They even have a small playgrounds for crawlers so my 1 yr old got to play. I brought a ton of wet ones with me, but everything seemed clean. My 3 yr old is potty training and touches parts of the toilet ....and their bathrooms were clean enough for me not to "throw up in my mouth" if he touched something. There is a skeleton crew at the restaurant, but you can holler for help. I hate eating at these places because it's all fried food, so I try to order healthy as possible. Surprisingly their salad was absolutely FRESH and very crunchy. The chicken in the salad was pretty good...better than the artificial stuff at Subways. Other than that the food was pretty solid as far as fried food and pizza can go. The dining area was spacious and they had high chairs. Everyone was polite and seemed to genuinely like kids. We hardly played any games, but noticed that you get more tickets and variation of tickets depending on the games. I think we got 15 from the duck game and 6 from another. So the ticket system is more generous than chuck e cheese and Kidz Village. You also get bonus tokens for a $20 bill. We hardly ever get anything cool at those other 2 play, spaces, but my son left with a package of ooze we've never seen elsewhere; so kudos to whoever stocked the prizes. Parking was easy.We didn't take advantage of all the other activities (glitter tattoo and build a pet) but managed to stay 3+ hrs ....I read some other reviews and I guess I came after the new management took over. I would definitely come back.
Quick update...on weekdays they don't have any food except pizza...which...
Read moreWe took my daughter there today randomly! I have to say the place had so much to offer! We were lucky when we went today as there were just a couple of families around and it was not crowded. They had a huge thing to climb in with tunnels, A bounce house with a slide, tons of little rides, Crane machines, a children version of mini bumper cars, Lazer tag and arcade games and more! You have to pay admission for the child as well as adults! You can also buy arcade credits up front as well! I will say all of the arcade machines are play til you win, which as a parent of a little one, is definitely really helpful! They had cute prizes to win win if you accumulate tickets! It was Veryyyyyy clean for a children's play place, bathrooms too! I also like that while your child is in the tunnel climbing through, you can actually see where they are going and talk to them on each side, this is a plus if you have little ones or kids that may need encouragement! There was a lot to do for little kids and big ones if you have a mix of ages/abilities in your group! The staff were kind and the owner was super nice. Since this was our first time there, he (the owner) explained everything and was sooo friendly with any questions or concerns we had from the minute we arrived til the minute we left! You can definitely tell that this is a family-run business. It is definitely a great place to host a children's birthday party as there is just so much to occupy the kids and the price is reasonable! We will be back in the very near future and will bring friends...
