Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fairfield

I went to this location on west texas instead of our normal location on. East tabor ave. Due to a power outage and. Our experience at this location was very unhappy. We went and ordered a large pizza and two orders of crazy bread and the cashier asked us if we wanted maranera sauce we said yes and she tried telling us it would be 69 cents extra. We told her doesnt the bread come with the sauce and she said No, customers dont always want it so they charge extra for it now. So we went ahead and payed for one dispite the unhappy suprise. Then recieved our reciept and seen she charged us for two crazy bread orders which comes with sauce on thier menu plus an extra sauce. So charged for 3 when only recieved 1!! We spoke to a manager got our money back for the one we were charged extra for but not givin the 2nd sauce for the 2nd order. Of breadsticks so we had to ask for the 2nd sauce. After all that. And the cashier just threw it on our box!! Im not upset for the 68 cents but the principle of them doing that to everyone who doesnt complain on 68 cents throughout the day from all customers equals to hundreds of dollars in them ripping us off for what is already included...

It's an order to go or preorder and pick up only. They have very few things precooked and ready to go. I asked if they had a product ready to go and was told yes, After ordering it and paying for it, they said it'd be ten minutes to make. Grrr After I got my order and took it home. I realized that they did not make what I ordered (even though it was repeated back to me when they handed it to me), it was an ordinary classic pizza and I ordered an extra most bestest. Since I didn't live close, and when I got home I immediately took off my work clothes to get comfortable before I ate, I was obviously not gonna take it back. It was edible as any fast food is, but disappointing it wasn't what I ordered. It'll probably be a little while before I return, but i'm sure I'll go back. You can't be quick, easy, and...

3/18/19 Just left there. The service was horrible. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza. After 15 - 20 minutes they tell me they don't have the pretzel crust and tried to give me a regular crust without asking if I wanted it. They didnt offer a discount until I asked for one. Then after waiting a half hour they wouldn't let my wife use the restroom. We asked, and we then heard the manager say to tell them the restroom was out of order. I had to raise my voice to get the managers attention. He used profanity at me and I told him to refund my money. The most unprofessional manager I have ever came across. And then he tried to short change my refund. I had to express this to anyone who patronizes this buisness....the service stinks and I wouldn't advise anyone to...
