Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Fairfield

This location and the app is THE WORST!! Ordering via an app is supposed to be convenient to the customer. When I ordered via the app, and pulled in the drive thru the worker said I had to pull to the front to cone inside to pick it up. When I went inside no one acknowledged me even tho no one else was in the lobby. Also, the app had a pickup time of an 11 minute wait when there was no one in the drive thru or inside so why did I have to wait? The drive thru person is evidently the manager and she was unprofessional. As customers started coming in the drive thru, she questioned an employee about why she was getting my order together. When I finally received my food, the chicken in the sandwiches were hard as if it had been sitting a while. I will not be returning to this location. The lobby was dirty, counters and floors. If I didn't know it would be a hassle getting a refund,, I would have.. It's a risk going there anyway because it is in a bad part of town. My advice, train your employees to know what good customer service is. correct the manager's leadership skills and gave a schedule for cleaning...

This place is horrible now...I grew up here since the 70's when the food was good... the service was horrible... the food was worse...I ordered three pieces of fish.... drove to vacaville... the Holy Spirit told me to check the food... once again didn't listen.. got home they gave me 6 cocktail shrimps that were horrible... called and told the little grown girl that I ordered 3 fish... she tried to use a Jedi mind trick to convince me I ordered shrimp... she said bring it back... so Drove all the way back to Fairfield... the failed rapper with the bushy hair and no hair net....told me to wait 5 minutes so they could cook my real order.... they came out with refried refried Fish ..YES FRIED 3 TIMES...that was blacker than my family reunion...Man!!!! Wasted gas and time.... then the fake Krazy bone argued with me and said I ate one shrimp... so it's whatever.... they also gave me the same one hushpuppy back....because I ate the other one.....Petty!!!! Never again will I go to Short John's Ghetto fish Dept!!!...I will be praying for them to open up a real restaurant there....Maybe a...

It was okay... Long Johns used to be great when it was JUST Long Johns but I feel the quality has gone down since combining with KFC... I mean I've always preferred KFCs coleslaw so I had hoped this would have had a happier ending combining like that... but I sometimes feel the Long Johns is being phased out slowly or something because the quality isn't as good as it used to be nor as the KFC chicken sold in the same location. Which is an all around shame.

Would like the chicken just a little less rubbery, maybe a meal option with 3-5 planks instead of just 2.

Also, I miss the days you could get a free order of crumblies. The crumblies...
