Mountains & Meals — Restaurant in Fairfield

With working nearby, I chose to finally stop in and try their cuisine. I had a particular interest to their cultural flavors, knowing that India and the surrounding cultures, each prepare customary dishes in like manner, but are in many ways different. The food here is as such. I chose to try the Butter Chicken as it tends to define the cultural flavors of their native area and found it very rich in flavor. The tomato base had a small hint of sweetness that complimented the tender chicken and paired elegantly with the rice and butter nan. I truly enjoyed the meal, while not forgetting to mention the pleasantry of the Host / Waiter and staff. I had an enjoyable dining experience and would recommend dining at this little hidden gem. May I suggest dining with an open mind as well, as one should know and understand, as with any new restaurant, there will be good as well as bad dining experiences, regardless of where you dine. I hope you try the place a few times and give the establishment an opportunity to prove themselves, and should you have an unsatisfactory dining experience, I certain if you'd share it with them, they'll work in resolving the matter. Horrible food. Everything is over priced. Never go here! I ordered chicken Biryani it was cold like out of fridge and disgusting taste and there was only one piece of chicken and one boiled egg. people could be allergic to egg but they put egg in it without asking. I have been going intra for causal drinks for years and today I tired the fish curry and it was the best. Intra now is on the hands of entire new management and I really appreciated everything they have accomplished so far. The food is amazing yet I’m not finding the right words to describe how how authentic Nepali cuisine they offer. I loved every bite of it.
