I was a guest at a wedding. There was a lady there named Diana and she had to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Barking orders at us to go to the food line. Came up to our table we were told that everyone would get champagne other than one person at our table because he looked to young. She said “everyone gets champagne but you” pointing at him and huffed off. we are all 25-35 years old he looks young so we said we can show you an ID like he did when he went to the bar, when we showed her the ID she shooed him away stating I can’t see that. Then rudely saying to the table why are you all sitting down I told you to get in line for food. Ruined the atmosphere for the night. I was in disbelief how we were treated. I have never felt the need to post a complaint on a website before but this was so crazy. She acted like she hated her job everyone at the wedding complimented on how she acted and as a business I would be embarrassed to have an employee working for me like that. I am not one to complain but I’ve never experienced that low level of customer service EVER! She needs to not work weddings anymore it’s supposed to be the happiest day of your life and I would hate for someone else to encounter that level of...

Emily was incredible to work with—always quick to respond, attentive to details, and made planning such a breeze. She coordinated everything flawlessly!
The Dinner Captain Brandy and her team also did a phenomenal job on the day of the event. They were attentive, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The food was surprisingly fantastic, and every bit of it was enjoyed down to the last bite! We can’t thank Receptions enough for helping us create a night to remember. Special thanks again to Emily, Brandy, and the entire staff for making this day...
Read more2nd time spending NYEs Eve here and giving 3 stars only because of the alcohol. First time we paid for VIP experience to get "top shelf" alcohol and with that experience we had to walk further for it and it WAS NOT top shelf. So we didn't do VIP this year better experience because our expectations were lower for the alcohol but I'm telling you bottom shelf is lower than any bottom shelf I've ever seen. Its terrible tasting and not worth the hangover you'll have from it. Stick to beer or wine. The top shelf, from my visual this year was actually an upper level but not what I'd consider "top shelf " but VERY limited selection. So better quality, yes, but if you like the 5 choices. Overall we had a great time which was directly related to...
