I went in and purchased some things when I got to the register the cashier said $7.41 I handed her a 10 she then said she needed 41 cents more that the total was 10.41 I paid it and left when I got home I thought about it and looked for my receipt which wasn't in the bag she did not give it to me so I called and the same girl told me that she looked up my purchase and that 2 items I bought were 2 dollars and not 1 it was marked $1 on the shelf (totinos pepperoni party pizza frozen) even with this new price the total wasn't 10.41 so my wife went in and purchased the same exact items that I had purchased 30 minutes after I purchased them and the total was $7.41 like the cashier originally told me before she changed it...I believe I was ripped off for $3 this is a common scam cashiers do overcharge enough customers and it ads up to a nice daily bonus be careful with this place I won't...

The reviews are very confusing. The sandwiches were good, but I missed out on the hug-fest of “friendliness” people are commenting about. “Sullen” is the nicest thing I can say about the staff, I didn’t see any other customers get much love either. I didn’t go for the atmosphere, just food, but I’m wondering if you have to catch them on a good day. Amazing wine selection for a convenience store.

Edit: These people are absolutely the best! It just take a little conversation to get them to warm up, and when they do, they're awesome. They reserve their customer service for people who deserve it for making an effort to be friendly. Now they are my go-to place in Cincinnati, I can't recommend them enough.
