Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Fairfield

I purchased a creamy PESTO SAUCE pizza and a Pepperoni pizza. Both pizzas were substandard tasting. I called the manager of the Fairfield Pizza Guy, complained the sauce was not PESTO SAUCE. PESTO sauce is GREEN not white. He said they don't have PESTO sauce but they have creamy pesto sauce. I told him you are deceiving the customers. PESTO sauce is green not white. He delivered me another pizza with the same nasty sauce. I will never buy anything from this place. They should be ashamed of themselves lying to customers. Both pizzas were terrible. Shame on you serving this mess to people. It didn't even.matter he offered to return money for the PESTO pizza. I expected better. I own a restaurant, I would have NEVER served this nasty food to anyone. The manager had the nerve to tell me if I didn't like his pizza to never buy anything from them again. He will not have to EVER worry about me or any of.my family buying anything from that place. It's ashame it was my 1st time trying this pizza place and unfortunately it...

Pizza guys are normally our "go-to" pizza spot! When we lived in the bay area we use to order over there and the pizza was still yummy! The pizza guys here in FF is good! They are always friendly and professional. The pizza is always hot and always ready for pickup before I get there. Also - when you order online, they give you a 2 liter soda or a pint of ice cream. Cool, right!? They even made my son a small cheese pizza because they mixed up the toppings on one of our pizza's. I didn't even ask .. it was a sweet courtesy! A nice way of saying, it was an accident. The deals they have are great too. This is a spot that we love. We tried lots of pizza spots. And some are WAY to pricey! The only gripe is that it's not located that close to us. But that's okay....

I've gotten pizza here a dozen times, pickup and delivery. I can say 100% the consistency, flavor, service, and cleanliness has always been exceptional. Delivery has been within the time frame and with real time texts on updates. The driver has always been super friendly and was ready for any requests like getting pepper or parmesan. In store pickup, the place is super clean and the staff very attentive and friendly. Even reminded me about the current deal they had going on. The pizza, absolutely delicious. The ingredients have always been fresh and flavorful. Must rememeber the crisp cup pepperoni pizza if you like pepperoni or on the border. The California garlic...
