Wendy's — Restaurant in Fairfield

Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Place was clean and not very busy. Saddly there are no ketchup pumps but that might be a Covid policy and they can't help it, I just hate opening up those tiny ketchup packets. They aren't THAT difficult to open, I just feel like I am wasting plastic. I dunno, personal preference, I know.

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Asiago Something Sandwich I forget the name really and it honestly is the best Sandwhich on their menu. If you think it's the baconator, you are wrong. Joel, the baconator is good, but its not the best. You won't even try the chicken sandwich. Like seriously Wendy's has a very good spicy chicken its just like the nuggets why won't you try it in sandwhich form? My only problem is I don't have stomach space for two sandwiches because if I could, I would. I seriously enjoy that sandwich.

Anyways, sorry to get off topic. Had a good experience. One of the better Wendy's. My friend even says this one is his favorite Wendy's and it helps that it is next to the Antique Mall. Which is a REALLY AWESOME place you have to check it out. Just eat at this Wendy's and then go to the Antique Mall. Trust me....

I came here to get a grilled chicken salad when I got home there was a ton of parmesan cheese on my salad then also there was a hair in my salad. I called the location to get a new salad and my money back. the lady on the phone said that I could not get my money back and get a new salad you can do one or the other. I said OK that's fine I'll just come to get a refund. I get to the store to get a refund and the lady handed me cash. She didn't ask me how I paid for my meal. I pay with my debit card I said why can't you put my money back on my card she said I don't know how to do it. she asked another associate to help other associate she didn't know how to do that eithe.r I'm very disappointed in this Wendy's because every time I come which isn't often my order is messed up!!! They need new management...

This location used to be great. Manager Josh needs fired along with his entire staff. Ordered two chicken sandwiches, got to the window and the employee said they had 1 classic and 1 spicy left. Asked me if that was okay. I told them my girlfriend and I don't like spicy so we pulled forward and waited 15 minutes until the manager "Josh" brought the food. Got home, both sandwiches tasted old, and my girlfriends was spicy chicken. The chicken looked like it sat on the floor for a month. I won't be returning and I will be calling corporate and the health inspector. I worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years and this location is RIDICULOUS and deserves to be shut down. This is the 3rd TERRIBLE mistake in 2 months. Fire all the employees and completely revamp this store for crying out loud. AVOID...
