I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I have always enjoyed dining at Roosters with my family. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to both a food safety issue and the way it was handled by the manager on duty. When I arrived home, I was shocked to find a piece of metal in my daughter’s food. Concerned, I immediately returned to the restaurant to address the issue. When I asked to speak with both the manager and the cook, the manager’s demeanor was dismissive. After showing him the metal, his response was simply, “Oh, that’s a piece of the strainer,” without any real concern. I can only assume everyone food has metal in it, next time If I return I will ask them to hold the metal!!! While I understand that mistakes happen, I was deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service from the manager. My family and I love Roosters, but this experience left me questioning the quality of management at this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future situations are handled with more care and respect for customers.

FELLOW TRAILER PULLING PEOPLE. I probably should leave more than 1 star but when management leaves me a note calling me "rude and inconsiderate" then take what you give. I'd of rather you told me trailers weren't welcome on your lot instead of calling me names when in fact there were NO PULL THROUGH LOTS AVAILABLE at the time as I already thought of that, as with a trailer I am usually as thoughtful of this as possible. I parked on the opposite side of the establishment from the front door, I partially jack-knifed into 1 less spot than it would have taken had I been "rude and inconsiderate". With or without my trailer I promise I will never step foot inside this place ever again, I refuse to pay anyone that calls me names. So "Mgmt" you are indeed the RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE end of this deal as maybe you should've checked your "back lot" before leaving me a little nasty note on my truck!!!

It's like and has a bar, family joint, chicken place with lots in the menu. Sauce's are great we like to mix 2-3 sauces together for chicken 🍗 fingers. Service is always on point. And quick to refill your drinks Update: 6/26/2025 my wife & I stopped in for some excellent 👌🏽 chicken fingers & when the meal was brought out, the waitress accidentally put the wrong sauce in the computer & said " I messed up they are remaking it for you". We said that's ok. Shortly after that. The manager asked how we were & said I see we messed up your order, so I am Not 🚫 charging you for it. We never said a word, it was a mistake, it happens, but that's classy and we are so grateful. This place is so great. Thank you. And thank you Shayla for being such a good waitress. You Rock. 💯

It's like and has a bar, family joint, chicken place with lots in the menu. Sauce's are great we like to mix 2-3 sauces together for chicken 🍗 fingers. Service is always on point. Long term Roosters patron handsdown!!! This evening was not pleasant in anyway at this location. My other half and I had decided to switch up a little bit and just sit at the bar (later learned that was mistake1) we sat 11 mins watching employees playing on their phones laughing and ignoring guests. One of the servers recognized us from prior and greeted us with a smile and wave....not even the gentleman in the Oxford shirt at the expo window noticed us. 7-8 employees just playing on phones ignoring the couple waiting to cash out next to us. Everyone was too caught up talking to a single guest at the end of the bar next to the entrance to the expo window. My other half had to after 11 mins of only 1 server in the entire restaurant acknowledging us had to wave his hand in the air begging for anyone to great us give us a menu and take an order. The bartender finally approached them didn't have a clue. I asked what bourbons are on hand she only offered Jack Daniels which is a Whiskey not a bourbon. I asked until I found that they have woodfords reserve and asked for a double neat (4 oz no ice to sip) my fiance asked for a cider on tap and she said we don't have that I said oh you are out of Angry Orchard she said you said cider got you . We both ordered a tall asked for menus and for fried pickles for our app. We also asked for 2 waters as we just wanted a nice night out as we don't do that often. My Woodford came out and it was not 4oz neat it was 1.75oz in a shot glass when we asked she said we don't do that our doubles are just 1.75 and .25 we just turn it(charged 17.00 for a double neat that was only a single neat bourbon) Our appetizer was not put in until the food showed and I said hey how are our fried pickles she was like I swear I put them in and we also tried the tots we ordered for our sandwich and they were ice cold. The same young server was kind enough to help us refire them. And my fiance got the incorrect burger and the bartender/ server taking care of us argued that he didn't order what he did ( he ordered a Bob's big burger with the works and feather sauce...she placed an order for a BBQ bacon burger and argued with him she was correct he was wrong.) We got the refire on the tots and they came out correct we finally got our app. But again I also ordered my tried and true sandwich. I took a bite it was in edible over fried cold no actual chicken just leather. I actually asked my fiance am I just being negative at this point? He took a bite and said no it's inedible. When we finally asked for a manager very descrietly by asking a host if she could send the MOD over to us. He just comped a bunch of food under customer satisfaction and also admitted he had no idea about what the bartending standards are but should haveasked for him immediately before taking a drink of anything. We still were charged 35.00 for 2 angry orchards and a shot of Woodford reserve. I suggest dine in on a Friday Saturday or Sunday at this location. The young server I believe her name is Brittany is worth it . She took care of us and was surprised when I made sure to give her a cash tip for being the only one there who even treated us with a greeting and kindness and knowing we were not her table was the one who recorded our side. So yeah it was a very very bad experience and after so many years of loving the food and that location is a very hard thing to swallow and the fact we won't be going for my favorite wings and flavors anytime in the near future...

Love the wings from this place and usually I come here all the time but I’m gonna have to find a different location because I came in with my friend yesterday and we sat at the bar. We both ordered our food and also wanted drinks. She ordered a drink and I ordered a shot. It takes a lot for me to even feel buzzed so I ordered another shot. Went to order a 3rd shot and was told there was a “2 shot max) I’ve got some issues with that. 1- what kind of bar has a 2 shot max ? What about people like myself who have a higher alcohol tolerance? Cause even after 2 I didn’t feel anything at all… it seems like trying to shame people for doing what you’re supposed to do at a bar… DRINK! I myself am I bartender so what happened to being able to notice when someone has had enough to drink? If you can’t tell if someone is drunk then you shouldn’t be serving/pouring drinks to begin with… 2- Since that was the policy, why is not posted in writing somewhere on the bar to let patrons know up front? 3- Along with it not being posted at the bar, why was not informed until after I reached the max that there was a 2 shot max? I should’ve been informed by the bartender, as soon as I ordered the very first shot… cause had I been aware of that policy, I wouldn’t have ordered the shots in the first place because I know I have a higher alcohol tolerance… all in all just do better roosters. I recommend not going to this location. I ordered food couple days ago my wings were burnt and was told I have a credit for my whole order plus an additional extra 5 wings. When I called to get the credit I was put on hold 3 times before a manager got on the phone. Before the manager got on the phone whoever I was talking to was extremely rude. I can see this place just hires anybody. I was told I only have a credit for a salad which I never ordered one. I don’t even eat or like any type of salad period. The manager kept going back and forth with me saying I can only give you a credit for a salad because that’s what we have down. I had to keep explaining my credit for tater tot’s and 10 wings over and over till I was finally told I could get my credit. Manager was not apologetic and tried to make it seem as though I was lying. I wrote down the credit on the receipt from the other day. My family wanted some food since I was getting my credit order and they messed up again. I have about 3 to 4 wings burnt in each container. Plus the tater tots are so hard it’s like eating hard chips. Wings are black around the edges. I’m highly disappointed and think corporate need to visit this location. I don’t live close by so I’m not going to waste more gas for food that is too hard and burnt. So I got bad food and disrespectful employees which...
