In short, this review is for whoever owns this pizza restaurant; please go ahead and order the same thing I ordered and leave yourself a review: I ordered a small steak pizza and buffalo chicken tenders : The steak pizza was so greasy and overcooked to the point where the steak on top was crumbled like little black dots that you couldn’t tell what it was, chicken tenders were so gooey clearly the cheapest brand ever existed in the supply stores. I was greeted by very dry/non-friendly person at the counter. You could tell she wasn’t in the mood of working that day. I mean business owner you got whatever you wanted for the food price so I would expect in return to get a good quality meal , that $45 was a waste; not happy with this experience, never...

Ordered two super steak subs, was told total would be $18.40. Went in to pick them up, handed them a $20 and said keep the change. Got home and discovered that they were only steak and cheese. Called the store and said they would deliver two super steaks. It was nice that they offered to deliver the correct subs but very disappointed. If you want to make sure your customer will be satisfied, you should remake an order correctly. Sub roll barely toasted, onions uncooked, maybe three pieces of green pepper and the original subs had steak in them. Waited 2 hrs for 2 subs and a small pizza. Called after an hour and kindly asked the status because it had already been an hour. The gentleman on the phone said he already left and it was on its way…lies,lies,lies. Another hour passed and we again called because rightfully so we called at 6:25 pm probably the first time,. It’s now 8:25 pm so we called again and he said he’s coming down the street. The food was iced cold, terrible and we received no discount, not even an apology. Palace Fairhaven sucks.
