Walmart "cust.service dept." is a far cry from the title. The customer is obviously considered guilty until proven innocent. My issue was being charged for 3 items when I only purchased 1 @ $ 5.87 each. I always check my register receipts because you are unable to view the ring ups at a cashier. This has happened to me many times but I let it go due to the long lines. They(3 employees) checked camera footage at the register for about 20 minutes, thus leaving this line to the service desk to grow@grow. This manpower was ridiculous for a total of $13.00. I will not be returning to this place where the customer means nothing to them. Check your receipts...Walmart must make billions on these overcharges...

This is much appreciated but I also find not having as many real cashiers a serious issue , makes it harder on customers and longer lines and wait times as not everyone is as fast as a trained cashier also if thier is a missing tag you either have to leave item behind or look for an associate and hold up lines .please look into this issue.
