I would leave zero stars if possible. I visited this Starbucks this evening and they weren’t busy so there shouldn’t have been any mistakes to my order and it shouldn’t have been difficult to order but it was. First of all they were slow as molasses. There was absolutely no one waiting for a drink in line in front of me, but for whatever reason these girls were in no hurry at all to make a drink.The girl who took my order wouldn’t let me use my stars for my free drink so I had to pay for my drink even though I had enough stars for it to be free. She didn’t listen to what I wanted when I ordered so when my drink was ready it wasn’t the right drink. They then had to remake my drink and the girl who had to remake it had a complete attitude about it. She made a few drinks for the drive through before remaking my drink making me wait even longer for a drink that was their mistake. I go to Starbucks all the time and have for years and never had anyone treat me like this at the other Starbucks.
