Got a 9 on wheat sandwich and wasnt cut all the way through. When i lifted one half of the sandwich the meat got yanked out of the other half and lettuce and onions went everywhere. I awkwardly pieced it back together only to realize there were no hot peppers, which I had ordered and were on the receipt... When I nicely asked for a side the girl didn't apologize and acted like she hadn't forgotten them but rather like I had forgotten to order them at the register initially- which wasnt the case as all. She then asked me to bring my fragile, recently put back together precarious sandwich back to the counter so she could put hot peppers on it. I was dumbfounded... Cant I just get a side? He quit the same day because of it all and the manager refuses to respond to him and also will not give him...
