She remembered my name by the second visit, my order by the third, and on the fifth she surprised me with a recommendation that is now my go-to—medium iced caramel swirl with oat milk, extra shot, and just the right touch of joy.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to in my life. This is the second time I’ve gone since they’ve reopen and it’s worse every time. The first time they told me they couldn’t add bacon to my sandwich.... like WHAT. I don’t even understand that but whatever. Today, I asked for a bagel twist with cream cheese which I’ve gotten at multiple locations, including this one. I was asked “have you gotten that done here before?” I said yes and at every Dunkin’ I’ve gone to as well. “What do they do with the cream cheese?” Are you kidding me! YOU SPREAD IT! then I was told they can’t because they don’t have a knife........ so what do they do with bagels and croissants?...

I went to this location after having terrible customer service experience at the 1st location i went to in cliffside park and it was much better. Cliffside park one i sat in for 40 minutes after putting a mobile order for a coffee roll and a drink and not only did i not receive the order no one at any point asked if i was waiting for an order and it wasnt even busy. So i walked out and went to this location in fairview putting in the same mobile order and not only was this location busier my order was already ready when i walked in to pick it up.
