Dunkinā Review: A Shining Star Named Sol
There are coffee shops, and then thereās Dunkināāan irreplaceable part of our daily lives. But within the warmth of the freshly brewed coffee and the scent of donuts still warm from the fryer, there sometimes emerges a light so bright it elevates the entire experience. That light has a name: Sol.
Let me start by saying Iāve been a loyal Dunkinā customer for years. I know my order, I know the rhythm of the morning rush, and I know the difference between good service and something truly extraordinary. On a rainy Tuesday, I walked into my local Dunkinā with nothing but sleep in my eyes and dread for the long day ahead. Then I was greeted by Solāand everything changed.
From the very moment she smiled, it was like the clouds parted. Her energy wasnāt just cheerfulāit was glazing, like the perfect glaze on a warm jelly donut: sweet, smooth, and exactly what you didnāt realize you needed until itās there. Sol didnāt just take my order. She elevated it. She remembered my name by the second visit, my order by the third, and on the fifth she surprised me with a recommendation that is now my go-toāmedium iced caramel swirl with oat milk, extra shot, and just the right touch of joy.
Solās work ethic is unmatched. Even at the height of the morning rush, she moves with grace, purpose, and a smile that makes everyone feel like a regularāeven if itās their first time. She knows the rhythm of the shop like a seasoned conductor leading a symphony. Orders fly in and out, the line inches forward, and Sol is the constantācool, calm, always kind.
But her magic doesnāt stop at coffee. Sheās helped a tired mom calm her toddler with a donut and a wink. Sheās made an elderly manās morning with a compliment and a free refill. Sheās the kind of employee who doesnāt just clock in and outāshe shows up, every single shift, with heart and humanity.
Iāve watched customers specifically wait longer just to have Sol take their order. Thatās not luck. Thatās not chance. Thatās earned. Thatās what it means to be the face of a brand.
Dunkinā, if youāre reading thisātake note. You donāt just have a good worker on your hands. You have a legend. Sol isnāt just making coffeeāsheās making mornings brighter, days lighter, and your entire company shine just a little more.
Thank you, Sol. For every warm smile, every perfect drink, and every unspoken āyou got thisā you hand out with every cup. Dunkinā is lucky to have you. And so are we.
WITHOUT SOL DUNKIN WOULDNT...

The first time they told me they couldnāt add bacon to my sandwich.... like WHAT. I donāt even understand that but whatever. Today, I asked for a bagel twist with cream cheese which Iāve gotten at multiple locations, including this one. I was asked āhave you gotten that done here before?ā I said yes and at every Dunkinā Iāve gone to as well. āWhat do they do with the cream cheese?ā Are you kidding me! YOU SPREAD IT! then I was told they canāt because they donāt have a knife........ so what do they do with bagels and croissants?...
