Fairview BBQ — Restaurant in Fairview

This was one of my favorite places to eat, i was ordering about once a week. However my last order was awful. I order the full sirloin and a half chicken breast. The chicken breast was undercooked and therefore hard as well. I really don’t think its safe to eat undercooked chicken so i threw it out. The sirloin did not taste like it always does, they made changes to it and added artificial smoke flavor and it really ruined the natural taste of the steak. I am not sure if they trying to cover up the taste of the steak because maybe it was going bad but it tasted awful with that smoky additive…. Both were not good. To top it off i ordered them with 1 white rice and 1 yellow rice, they decided to only send me 1 side of white rice even though i ordered 2 sides with my 2 orders. For a place that was open and serving through most of the pandemic WHY are they charging 2-4% if you use your debit or credit cards!!??? Imagine if it were a delivery, they would be charging delivery and credit/ATM fees. Leave those fees to places that actually closed and lost business!! While the practice of adding a surcharge to your bill is legal in New Jersey, it must be fully disclosed. Consumer affairs officials note, "If an establishment imposes a Card Surcharge, that establishment must conspicuously display a notice of this fact, including the amount, at or near the point of sale." I normally order, like the food, the delivery guy is always nice, and the lady taking the orders over the phone is nice too, but tonigh very surprise, I place the orde, 1 hour 10 minutes pass and I did not get my order, call to see what is going on, and it looks like they forgot the send the Food, then she say that the driver was coming with my order, wait other 20 minutes and nothing, calll back and no body pick up, look online the restaurant hours and they was close :( this people did not show any respect, if they was not sending the order for whatever rason, the lady should let me know when I call second time, and not let me witting, most of restaurants are close after 11:30 not a...
