El Trancazo Restaurant & Bakery — Restaurant in Fairview

I love their food.. I just hate their service I been there a couple of times and the counter person is in the back so I have to wait for her to come out of the back and help me... this lady has never gotten my order right.. I always get the food I didn't asked for. I order a tortilla con carne she gets me a tortilla con pollo the next time I order a tacos de pollo no tomatoes and she got me a pollo ala plancha I speak good Spanish I don't know why can't she never get my order right. Plus her service is horrible no silverware she brings food out but forgets silverware.. I would definitely go back when she don't work...
