THE SERVICE: The employee answering the phone provided good customer service. Making substitutions was seamless; my order was confirmed with the total and estimated pick up time.
The pickup experience was standard. Friendly employee greeting customers once they arrived at the counter. Orders were tracked using the last 4 digits and or name. My order was ready at the designated time.
THE ATMOSPHERE:
Although I didn’t observe any signs indicating the restaurant was under construction, I felt as though I was entering an abandoned work zone. There’s an entire wall of plywood, and many tables are turned over discouraging dine in service.
The floors, non-plywood walls, and especially the ceiling vents are in dire need of a deep cleaning. One could easily mistake themselves as entering an underground NYC subway station.
The pickup counter has a protective plexiglass barrier supported by exposed pieces of lumber. The kitchen is visible. Food preparation stations were relatively tidy.
I strongly encourage investing time into creating an inviting and clean waiting area. In addition to appropriate signage to address the condition of the establishment.
THE FOOD:

The crab ragoon was cooked perfectly with a very satisfying creamy filling. Both items were the standout bites- above average inviting further exploration of the menu.
The boneless spareribs were meaty but fell short on flavor, and were a tough chew. The chicken fingers had a nice light coating, but the meat was overcooked and dry.
THE VALUE:
Prices and quantity align with their counterparts. However, most Chinese restaurants add a complimentary homemade duck sauce; this restaurant charges an...
Read moreI have been a reviewer previously for a similar application ( Google ) in Worcester County, after moving to the Southcoast when I retired I found myself drawn to eating out more with my wife, friends and family. Only on rear instances will I find fault with a business but in the case this allegedly Chinese based foods. One order in advance if told 30 minutes basically they have no idea when it will be done. Restaurants that live because of quick turnover and turnover ( more than 70 percent of the food is picked up and no delivery options) must rely on advertisers on web pages interfering with actually placing orders, viewing menus etc.. Do yourself a favor head east on Rt. 6 cross North Main Street go up Presodents Ave at top hill past Highland in right another restaurant that serves food from china, is warm, fresh, and delivers. With on...
