THE SERVICE: The employee answering the phone provided good customer service. Making substitutions was seamless; my order was confirmed with the total and estimated pick up time. The pickup experience was standard. Friendly employee greeting customers once they arrived at the counter. Orders were tracked using the last 4 digits and or name. My order was ready at the designated time. THE ATMOSPHERE: Although I didn’t observe any signs indicating the restaurant was under construction, I felt as though I was entering an abandoned work zone. There’s an entire wall of plywood, and many tables are turned over discouraging dine in service. The floors, non-plywood walls, and especially the ceiling vents are in dire need of a deep cleaning. One could easily mistake themselves as entering an underground NYC subway station. The pickup counter has a protective plexiglass barrier supported by exposed pieces of lumber. The kitchen is visible. Food preparation stations were relatively tidy. I strongly encourage investing time into creating an inviting and clean waiting area. In addition to appropriate signage to address the condition of the establishment. THE FOOD: The shrimp fried rice was flavorful and tasted very good. I particularly enjoyed the contrasting textures with the onions and bean sprouts. The crab ragoon was cooked perfectly with a very satisfying creamy filling. Both items were the standout bites- above average inviting further exploration of the menu. The boneless spareribs were meaty but fell short on flavor, and were a tough chew. The chicken fingers had a nice light coating, but the meat was overcooked and dry. THE VALUE: Prices and quantity align with their counterparts. However, most Chinese restaurants add a complimentary homemade duck sauce; this restaurant charges an additional fee.

The absolute worst Chinese food I have ever had. It’s honestly an insult to Chinese food. I have had Chinese food in many different places, and this was by far the worst. A poor excuse for food. We ordered Szechuan Chicken, Vegetable Chow Mein, and Sautéed Broccoli. The chow mein was horrible. The noodles were so dry and stale. They had a horrible smell and the “stir fry sauce” was disgusting black liquid with no flavor, just salt. The szechuan chicken is also not szechuan chicken, what they served us was sautéed peppers and onions in garlic like sauce tossed with some chicken. The broccoli was dry and flavorless. Do not waste your money here. If you’re hungry, go somewhere else or stay hungry because their food is horrible.

The soup and dumplings were on point! Highly reccoment the coup with vegggies and Lomein noodles. I asked for additional spice, which made it even better. I also love their dumplings! They have a fresh dough wrap, I could tell they weren’t frozen.

I have been a reviewer previously for a similar application ( Google ) in Worcester County, after moving to the Southcoast when I retired I found myself drawn to eating out more with my wife, friends and family. Only on rear instances will I find fault with a business but in the case this allegedly Chinese based foods. One order in advance if told 30 minutes basically they have no idea when it will be done. Restaurants that live because of quick turnover and turnover ( more than 70 percent of the food is picked up and no delivery options) must rely on advertisers on web pages interfering with actually placing orders, viewing menus etc.. Do yourself a favor head east on Rt. 6 cross North Main Street go up Presodents Ave at top hill past Highland in right another restaurant that serves food from china, is warm, fresh, and delivers. With on...

Tried to call and order pick up for 38 minutes, first attempt of placing order girl couldn't wait 3 minutes for me to place my sisters order because she didn't know what side she wanted as a side, so she made me hangup and told me to call back and then couldn't get ahold of anyone for 20 minutes, then once I finally did again she couldn't find my first order and HUNG UP ON ME and I again had to call back for 8 minutes till she answered again and found my first order and then finally took the rest of my order now my food is never going to be done at the same time and the pick up wait is already a hour and 45 minutes. I've worked at places that do take out on new years I've NEVER seen anyone so unprofessional and have so impatient when trying to make a order...
