I wouldn't say the customer service is bad. BUT we had a particular thing to do - switch to Metro. Another branch did not have the phones we wanted, so we were sent to this branch. The employee told us we cannot switch like that, because blablabla, and offered us to buy phones, told us there is no option and very actively was trying to sell phones to us. As of now, we switched to Metro, at another branch, did not pay for any phone, all works.
