Fall River Historical Society — Attraction in Fall River

I absolutely love going there it’s got a lot of Fall River history and books. And the staff is very knowledgeable. I been going there since I was 12 (1992 I love history and especially my city’s history) and I’m 43 and I still go and can spend hours just reading the books and buying them! I went to this museum many years ago. I had my picture taken with Michael Martins (there is an accent mark in his name, it is pronounced MAR TEENS). He was wonderful. He took time to explain everything Lizzie Borden to me. He was the one who told us if you look closely, you can see the camera in the mirror of the murder scene. Toured Fall River Historical Society today, and had the best tour guide. Such a knowledgeable, nice gentleman. Wish I got his name. In addition to all the cool history, he also told us about how they used to go all out for Christmas with the decorating.
