Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fall River

I swear there is a conspiracy against me. Or, there is just some persistent bug on Dominos' part that affects hot sauce being included as an ingredient on a pizza. Or they just hate hot sauce and love delivering a second free pizza to me every single time.

The first time it happened? Totally understandable. After all, I have custom-order my pizza because gluten-free buffalo chicken just isn't something Dominos has on their menu. So I get that this happens from time to time.

The second time? Hmm. Okay. Sure, I mean, it happens.

But NINE out of the past TEN TIMES?

And one of those times being in a state over a thousand miles away?

There has GOT to be some kind of a problem here. And it negatively affects my experience every single time. What is a buffalo chicken pizza without the buffalo sauce? Just pieces of chicken glued to a cheese pizza, that's what.

Either fix your system, or stop pretending to have a "Quality Check" step that fails EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Update: This time I called the store to make sure they put the hot sauce on. I was told they know about it and see the item on the paper. Sure enough, I get the pizza and yet ANOTHER sauce-less dry chicken pizza. It really IS a conspiracy at this...

Been a loyal happy customer until today. They made my pizza wrong even though I ordered it correctly. Was told since I ordered on the app and not in person that it was against their policy to remake the pizza correctly. Manager hid in the kitchen while forcing a young kid to be the bad guy and explain this to me. The employee I dealt with was nice and professional and was just listening to his boss.

Shouldn't be in the service industry if your method of customer recovery is to hide

Update: Reached out to corporate and they are ignoring my issue as well. Said store Will contact me but I haven't heard from anyone. Domino's has no problem taking your money but refuses to stand behind their products. Support mom and pop pizza shops, don't give your hard earned money to this greedy non customer...

Very delicious pizza. On time. The crust on our pizzas was perfect ! Just the right amount without being excessive, of butter , and cornmeal . That is professional , commendable and appreciated. Integrity matters. The sauce was generous enough and on point. The sauce is amazing. Very robust with flavor. I sincerely believe these guys have the art of pizza making down to a science. It has been an incredible journey , for there to be a , Domino's in America. The original founder would be very proud of this location for holding up the Domino's legacy. Thank you for putting your best into all you do. A commitment to excellence is something worth writing a review about.
