Fiesta Taqueria — Restaurant in Fall River

First of all, I ordered a burrito online. Under the impression I could add 2 meats I selected carne asada and shrimp. (I typically go to Bajas but since I was working in Fall River I wouldn't have made it to the nearest one 5 miles away) I didn't realize you could only choose one option from this column and I proceeded to place my order. I got the burrito on my lunch break, came back to work and realized there was only shrimp in the small burrito placed in my takeout bag. Basically all wrap and about 7 pieces of shrimp. I wanted steak and shrimp. I remember the "extra meat column" said that any meat would add about $5 to the price. So I paid $14.70 for a burrito with only shrimp and was given an issue when I requested them to remake my burrito and correct the issue. They refused and also told me it's normal for fast food restaurants to not have a number to reach them. He said "have you ever tried calling McDonald's?" Like yes I have it was one of my first jobs and we called the landline to report any tardiness to work or speak with a manager. It is not normal to not be able to get in contact with a "fast food restaurant" at all. Very unprofessional. Refuses to fix my order. Wanted to give me a side of steak and wanted me to fix the burrito I already bit and opened up. Bajas will give you 2 meats for a max of $13-14....

I stopped by just a short while ago and this my 3rd time in 2 weeks i def became a regular - tonight was a lil sloppy because that’s how I wanted it ( carne asada , white rice , white creamy cheese with lettuce and there spicy mayo. So bomb I am a very picky eater and this family doesn’t disappoint - they also give u so much more than chipotle- the burrito last time I put so many of there options on it and he still rolled it perfectly ( not gonna be the cleanest eat but I shoveled it down - we don’t have too many good options in this city anymore so give it a try - u can make your own combination on your tacos - best bang for you buck * and the workers are the best they didn’t complain once about the heat all we did was laugh - tough to...

I did a pick up take out order. It’s my fault because I didn’t check before I left but I received the wrong order. Funny enough, one of the items in the order I received was the Birria tacos which is what was in my original order. The tacos were good, the shells were soft and tasted delicious. The rice was cooked well, and the Birria was juicy and soft, and well seasoned. I’m sad I didn’t get to try the street corn. Next time I do a pick up I will double check the order before I leave. Looking forward to trying again as the food...
