Highland Pizza — Restaurant in Fall River

I Called on a Friday night Alex answered phone I ordered a lg cheese pizza well done can't be more clear WELL DONE then I ordered 2 lg steak n cheese with fresh ground hot pepper toasted bread so I got there early there were people sitting down eating watching tv talking everybody enjoying themselves some families some couple some alone good atmosphere so I get too counter and pizza is coming out,he cut it up boxed it I thanked him Alex was very very polite trying to accommodate every customer in a very good way a great smile he's good at what he does so I got home first thing wife did was open pizza box takeout slice of hot steaming cheese pizza she looks at it and says perfectly done I'm happy because happy wife happy life I open my steak sandwich Perfect now I'm very happy I want to thank Alex and everyone at highland pizza for great food great service...

THE SERVICE:

The employee answering the phone was courteous. Pickup was seamless—my order was hot and ready at the designated time. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The dated restaurant was clean to include visible areas of the kitchen.

THE FOOD:

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza that tasted absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients make all the difference in elevating the flavor profile of ordinary foods. There was an exceptionally rude guy behind the counter. Short, thin guy with a shaved head and dark hair (name might have been Steve). Totally unprofessional and downright rude. I don't know if he thought I looked young so he could get away with being a jerk but I'll be calling to speak to his manager. I wouldn't trust this guy to make my pizza and certainly don't want to have to deal with him again so next time I'm in town I'll go to the other pizza place down the block.
